Really hate to write this review but yes they were inexpensive, quick and a nice guy, my carpets looked great when he left but the next morning I was horrified when i came out and my carpets looking worse then before they were cleaned. I texted the service guy and he said he would come back out and clean them again. I waited for two days to hear back and nothing. I had to clean them myself! At 4:30 pm I saw their carpet cleaning van a few doors down in Chino Hills and called the number on the van to ask if they could come to our house next. Audrey answered and confirmed a time in 40 minutes or so, then confirmed in writing with an email. Melvin came with a smile even though we started after 5 pm and if it were not for me his day would have already been over ! He looked at the carpet and said he would pre treat the dirtiest parts and have that soak in while he - - and I stopped him. I said the lady on the phone quoted a price and now you are adding pre- treat? how much more will that cost? And he calmly said the price will not go over the quote I got on the phone. I was AMAZED. He did a better job than the other guy we've used for three years and the quote was what she said on the phone. He put careful attention into our living room and the stairs, and three days later all is still clean ( nothing came back !) While working he put corner protectors on the walls and furniture, so he would not scuff something with the hoses. I uploaded a picture. All the vacuum and water machinery is in his truck, and he attaches to your house outside water faucet and only runs the hoses into the house. Fast, really good work, and he left us booties like a surgeon wears to walk on the rug that day. But, barefoot nothing feels better than clean carpet. Thank you, we'll invite you back. read more
