Elyse (with Dave's) was quick to respond and gave me clear information and was able to schedule my service quickly. Travis is who came to do the job. He was friendly, on time, extremely professional, and did an excellent job. He cleaned our house, a white area rug, and a huge sectional w/ottoman. While nothing was grossly stained, we did have some carpet wear after five years and the rug and furniture needed refreshing. Our sectional and rug looked brand new by the time he was done. He took great care to do a good job and it showed. Travis also reminded me what a great tool a carpet rake is!

Do not let him clean a Wool rug he does not know what he's doing and we had a discussion about "wool" before he cleaned it. He made the comment after he cleaned it that I might see some lighter spots and I did! Had I known that, I would not have let him clean the wool area rug. To Reply to your comment Dave I'm not letting you re-clean the rug because you will probably damage it more. I posted the review late because I am considering small claims court as the rug is ruined and it's an expensive rug. Due to Covid the courts are backed up but I may still take you to small claims court to replace the rug.

I can't recommend Alex and Inland Empire Carpet Repair & Cleaning highly enough. We had the carpets…read morein three rooms stretched, cleaned, and deodorized, and from start to finish, Alex was an absolute professional. He was extremely knowledgeable, careful, considerate, and personable. He took the time to explain what he was doing, treated our home with care, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done properly. The quality of his work was outstanding, and it was obvious that he takes genuine pride in what he does. His pricing was also extremely reasonable. Equal to or better than the other quotes we received, which made the overall experience even better. We absolutely did not feel like we were sacrificing quality to get a fair price. It's rare these days to encounter someone who combines this level of expertise, professionalism, customer service, and value. Alex is a true pro in every sense of the word. If you need carpet stretching, repair, cleaning, or deodorizing, I would wholeheartedly recommend Inland Empire Carpet Repair & Cleaning. You won't just get someone who does the job, you'll get someone who genuinely cares about doing it right.

Long story short, I had secured a rug to my carpet with rug tape (btw don't ever do that). I called Joe that same day and he came by the next day. After he assessed the carpet, it turned adhesive had seeped into the base of the carpet and caused some discoloration. But I did not have to worry because Joe did a really great job getting as much adhesive out as he could. There carpet is no longer sticky and the discoloration is barely noticeable. His prices are competitive and I will 10000% be calling him again to clean the carpets in the remaining rooms. THANK YOU CERTIFIED STEEMPRO! THANK JOE!

I booked this company after they quoted me $350 for a deep clean, including the windows. I only…read moreneeded the downstairs cleaned, and I even sent photos beforehand so they knew exactly what the condition of the area was. Based on that quote, I canceled another cleaner who was going to do the job for $400. The cleaners arrived two hours late. After seeing the house, they told me the job would actually cost $550 and then attempted to charge even more for each window, despite the original quote already including $160 for the windows. They even told me that the kitchen alone would cost $350 and the bathroom alone would be $170. They ultimately left because they said the home required more work than they had originally quoted. To their credit, they did call afterward, apologized for the misquote, and promptly refunded my deposit, which I appreciated. That said, the situation was still very frustrating because I had already sent photos of the space, canceled another cleaner based on their quote, and had guests coming to stay with me. If the pricing had been communicated accurately from the beginning, I would have kept my original cleaner instead of being left without anyone to clean my house at the last minute. My dad missed work waiting for them so I had to pay him to do the job.
