Fast, professional, detailed service. And great customer care. Very family oriented and responsive when time matters most.

Great job cleaning my couch and cushions on barstools and ottoman. Quick response time, friendly gentlemen who showed up, and transparent pricing. Would recommend! read more

Unprofessional and poorly managed organization. Called for service and I had been in communications with Blake. I had a date set and sent video of area to be cleaned. Blake did not respond to my text for days. Then I called day before. He made excuses thinking I shared his reality and had to cancel first appointment. Whatever we then set it for alternate day. That day arrived and No show , no call prior. The morning of I called and then Blake called back and Started with excuses again . Extremely Unreliable and unprofessional individual. We will look elsewhere read more

Recently had my area rug & couch cleaned and feel neutral about the results. They were very friendly and informative, but I noticed a couple spots left on my couch and the overall coloring didn't seem to improve that much after the clean and dry. Probably won't rebook - for over $200 I would prefer a more thorough and visible cleaning job read more

I was moving into a new condo and wanted the carpets and tile & grout cleaned. American Carpet answered right away and scheduled an appointment within 2 days of my call. It was just a few days before Christmas and most businesses were closed down, so I really appreciated that they answered and we're willing to schedule a cleaning appointment. Jack called me the day of the appointment letting me know they could be early by a couple hours. My condo is empty as I have not moved in so it was great to have them go in and start the process and finish early, which is about 2 hours. The price was super reasonable and they pretreated both the carpets and the tile and grout. They cleaned almost 1,200 ft of carpet and tile. The carpet and tile and grout are white and totally new but due to open houses I just wanted it cleaned so I could move in to fresh flooring. Jack and Justin we're on time, professional, did a fabulous job of cleaning and at a great price! I wholeheartedly recommend them. Friendly, professional, thorough. read more

Recently, I experienced a health problem related to an indoor pest infestation, to include normal household pests, complicated by evidence of carpet moths and carpet beetles. In the span of a week, I made several calls for emergency service to American Carpet Cleaning for help. Dean Jones, owner and operator, somehow always managed to squeeze me in for the needed service (different bugs found in different rooms at different times), and outstanding technicians, Jack and Blake, (courteous, responsive, professional, and skilled) provided the appropriate treatment. A rating of 5 stars is not high enough for this outstanding business. I highly recommend American Carpet Cleaning. read more

Absolutely amazing. 10/10 service. Have already recommended them to friends. They were sent by my HOA when I experienced a flooded bathroom from shared pipes. They took all the needed measurements, set me up with a dehumidifier, and made sure the proper actions were taken care of to make sure there was no more moisture under the flooring or anywhere else in the bathroom. So professional and all around wonderful person who helped me. read more

Super responsive, pleasant to work with, easy process to quote and finish carpet cleaning. Will absolutely use again. Highly recommended!

Did a decent job, my sofa is white so I can't blame them completely for some of the stains not coming out, but it took almost 2 days to dry, which leads me to believe they didn't drain as much water as they should have. read more

Once again, American Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job! Dean scheduled me within two days! Jack is the best! He called me before arriving to confirm. He is so kind, personable, and professional! They transformed my very dirty stained carpet that's on its last leg to near spotless!!! (It's so hard to find an affordable good rea rug!). The price is right and I am a very happy customer! This is a late review. I had my sectional couch cleaned several weeks ago by American Carpet Cleaning and I highly recommend. Dean, the owner, responded to my call in less than a minute and after seeing a picture of my couch via text message gave me an over the phone quote and an appointment scheduled for the following week. His guys showed up on time (sorry I can't remember their names), they were very professional, efficient, and cleaned the heck out of my couch! Don't look any further for your upholstery & carpet cleaning service needs. Hire this company, you won't be disappointed. read more

These guys left the carpet dirtier than before they cleaned it Literally money down the drain Terrible, terrible service As soon as they step in your house all they do is try to upsell you This is not worth the money or the headache And their ratings must be fake and/or paid for, because there is NO WAY they're rated this high for this terrible service read more

My rug was so dirty because of shoes and my senior dog peeing on it.. I didn't think anyone could help! After calling around, Dean the owner, was the one! Knowledgeable, helpful, and quality service for such a fair price. This company is hands down the best for upholstery cleaning! Quality service, great prices and very professional team. I dropped off my carpet, they unloaded it for me, finished the job on time, and dropped it off. They also help set up my rug! Great company. Highly recommend. read more

Excellent service!!! I have a grey couch, ottoman and recliner chair that had multiple stains from my newborn on. The technicians cleaned the couches to perfection. They were on time and even early only took them less than hour to complete everything. Dean the owner was efficient when giving a quote and scheduling an appointment almost next day. Pricing is fair and will not break the bank. Will definitely recommend and be using them again for any of my cleaning needs. If using credit card there is a 4% charge. read more

This is a great company. I called Dean to have my sofa cleaned and my carpet spot cleaned. The first thing that struck me was how friendly and nice he was. He was really busy when I called so the call was cut short. Dean immediately called me back to sent up the appointment. I told him that I have a dog and that she eats her treats on the carpet so I was concerned about chemicals. He assured me that their products were pet friendly. The team that showed up were Jack and Blake. These guys were assume. They were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, extremely thorough and very friendly. My dog is very friendly and kept going up to them so I was worried she was bothering them. They told me that they both have dogs so they got on great with her. When they finished, my carpet and sofa looked fantastic. I've used other companies in the past but none compare to this company. Their main concerns were doing the best job and customer satisfaction. I will definitely be using them from now on. Again, Jack and Blake were just great. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. read more

This is a gem of a company. The company's owner, Dean is straightforward and welcoming. And, the young men who do the work are friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. They've been to our home a couple of times in the last couple of years and both times did a really great job, following through to be sure they got the details. This time they took area rugs for cleaning and when they returned them, made sure they were precisely placed, asking questions about positioning (under the light or measured by space to the wall) so they not only looked great but were properly set. Having worked a year ago on my mom's home with a different company, I really appreciate the difference using this professionally driven, individually owned and operated company. read more

Best service and quality hands down. I've never felt so compelled to share my experience and recommendation of American Carpet Cleaning. My unit was flooded in a large section of the livingroom recently with all the rain pouring down. My carpet was soaked and there was moisture in the walls and ceiling. They checked in on the unit every day until it was all dried up and even did a steam cleaning of the carpet at the end. These were some of the kindest people to be helping me out during a time that could have easily been so stressful given the situation. I am forever grateful for everyone at American Carpet Cleaning! read more

I am extremely pleased with every aspect of my carpet cleaning experience, with American Carpet Cleaning. Dean Jones, owner, is a wonderful, kind and caring person, and worked with me to accommodate the needs of my husband. His team were so efficient, polite and helpful and did an EXCELLENT job. I cannot praise this company enough. To find a company with such a great work ethic, and who pride in the job they do, is rare nowadays. Everything about this experience, from beginning to end, was efficient. read more

I contacted Dean at American Carpet Cleaning at the recommendation of a friend who had used them and was pleased with their work. I had a 5' x 8' rug in my daughter's room that desperately needed a good, professional cleaning. I was honestly ready to just buy a new one if cleaning it didn't pan out. I called Dean and he actually suggested bringing the rug in to him for cleaning, which made perfectly good sense for a single rug. No other carpet cleaner that I contacted offered this drop-off service. I dropped it off Monday morning and by Wednesday morning it was ready. The rug looked new. We were so impressed and happy with the results. Dean is friendly, honest, and fair. Great communication and just a good experience all around. I would 100% go back to American Carpet Cleaning and refer anyone to Dean with zero hesitation. Thank you for bringing my daughter's rug back to life! read more

I love these guys. I've used them twice now and they always do a stellar job. I have a light blue and white woven carpet in my living room that was pretty expensive, so I was sure I'd have to send it out to a prestigious (and very expensive) cleaner associated with the company who made the rug. However, this local company saved me a lot of time, hassle and money, making it look as good as new, time after time. They even removed blood stains (caused by my new rescue dog)! Their staff is always courteous, warm, accommodating and friendly. I feel incredibly lucky to have found American Carpet Cleaning. read more
