Unprofessional and poorly managed organization. Called for service and I had been in communications with Blake. I had a date set and sent video of area to be cleaned. Blake did not respond to my text for days. Then I called day before. He made excuses thinking I shared his reality and had to cancel first appointment. Whatever we then set it for alternate day. They were very friendly and informative, but I noticed a couple spots left on my couch and the overall coloring didn't seem to improve that much after the clean and dry. I was moving into a new condo and wanted the carpets and tile & grout cleaned. American Carpet answered right away and scheduled an appointment within 2 days of my call. It was just a few days before Christmas and most businesses were closed down, so I really appreciated that they answered and we're willing to schedule a cleaning appointment. Jack called me the day of the appointment letting me know they could be early by a couple hours. My condo is empty as I have not moved in so it was great to have them go in and start the process and finish early, which is about 2 hours. The price was super reasonable and they pretreated both the carpets and the tile and grout. They cleaned almost 1,200 ft of carpet and tile. The carpet and tile and grout are white and totally new but due to open houses I just wanted it cleaned so I could move in to fresh flooring. This is a great company. I called Dean to have my sofa cleaned and my carpet spot cleaned. The first thing that struck me was how friendly and nice he was. He was really busy when I called so the call was cut short. Dean immediately called me back to sent up the appointment. I told him that I have a dog and that she eats her treats on the carpet so I was concerned about chemicals. He assured me that their products were pet friendly. My dog is very friendly and kept going up to them so I was worried she was bothering them. They told me that they both have dogs so they got on great with her.
