Brandon was the first to reply to my request for a quote, and was better priced than the others. I asked him to clean my 3 cushion fabric couch and my living room carpet plus hallway. He put a lot of effort into his work. I would walk by to get some water from the kitchen and he was detail oriented. My carpet looks much better and buys me some time, so I don't have to replace it for another year or more. Brandon is just a friendly and kind person. That goes a long way. He was very professional with his work, even with distractions of me moving all around and other maintenance being performed. He was kind enough to offer to throw in our small area rug in front of the love seat since it got some little drips on it - which didn't bother me at all anyway. I tried this company at the recommendation of a friend who was very complimentary. I was very impressed with the quality of the work, especially that all my carpets were completely dry by the next morning. I have NEVER had dry carpets so soon after a cleaning. I also asked them to clean my tile and they made my floor look like new, which is a feat in itself since my tile is 20 years old and the grout is white again. Also, I live in Orange County and they seem to have lots of jobs in my area because I was able to schedule an appointment very easily. read more
