This was my second year hiring Ace Carpet Cleaning and Steve was so great once again! He was quick with responding to my last minute inquiry to have all the carpets in my place cleaned and he scheduled the cleaning the same week. I appreciate all the work he did himself and look forward to hiring him again when the time comes! read more

I had Ace Cleaning come out to clean two of my sofas and a rug, and I'm very happy with their service! Their pricing is unbeatable, they were prompt, and they responded to my messages very quickly. They worked fast but were still thorough, and everything looked so much better when they were finished. The whole process was easy from start to finish. Great service, great communication, and amazing pricing. I would definitely use Ace Cleaning again and highly recommend them! read more

I absolutely recommend Ace Cleaning for all your upholstery needs! Steve, is amazing! He was quick to respond with a very reasonable quote, super easy to communicate with via text, and honest. I bought an off white couch from an outlet that was very very dirty. I didn't know if all the stains would come out. From the get go, Steve showed me areas where the fabric was worn and the stain would probably not come out completely. I love that he was up front about that. But he really worked on those stains and almost completely got everything to come out! The before and after pictures don't do this review justice. The couch was filthy. The after pictures are with the couch still drying so there are some vacuum marks that will clear up, but I couldn't wait to post this review! I'm ecstatic!!! Love how clean my couch is now!!! I also bought an upholstered headboard at the outlet and it was also filthy. He got all the stains out of that one too! It's still wet so I don't have a pic of it yet. And I forgot to take before pictures. When Steve was done, he made sure I carefully inspected and was completely satisfied with the results. He's also just such a sweet and friendly guy, too! We had a great chat! This was my first time using a professional upholstery cleaning company, but it won't be my last! I'm now excited to buy more upholstered items so Steve can clean them. Lol. I highly recommend Ace Cleaning! read more

He did a great job cleaning my carpet for a good deal ! He promptly returned and handled everything with care

It's hard these days to find a company that responds quickly, arrives on time, and follows through on its promises. That's why I was so happy to find Steve at Ace Cleaning in Buena Park. From the first text message, Steve was responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. He arrived on time for both pickup and delivery, helped roll up my rugs, moved furniture when needed, and made the entire process effortless. I had three large area rugs cleaned, and they came back looking beautiful within about a week. Steve even helped place them back exactly where they belonged before leaving. What also impressed me was the quality of his equipment. Steve told me his professional rug-cleaning system cost well over $20,000, and it's clearly not a basic steam-cleaning setup. You can tell he takes his work seriously and invests in doing the job right. Ace Cleaning is a Korean-owned family business, which many Orange County families will appreciate. Steve speaks both English and Korean fluently, making communication easy and comfortable for everyone. If you're looking for a trustworthy, punctual, and professional rug cleaning service, I highly recommend Steve and Ace Cleaning. Great communication, excellent service, and beautiful results.

Professional, excellent job! Fast and efficient. Great price.! Showed up on time and was able to come same day.

Great communicating skills. Was always on time. Gave us great prices on cleaning our rugs. Our rugs came back clean and fresh.

Steve and his partner responded to a quote request for several items including sofa set and area rugs. They were quick to respond and provided the quote which was a decent price. When they arrived, they realized I had also requested staircase cleaning. They did not increase the quoted cost rather included the stair case in the agreed-upon price. That was a big plus already. They started work on time, were professional throughout. They also pointed out any items or toys that they found in the sofa, and placed them separately. They cleaned up very well after themselves. The end result of the job was way better than I expected. My 10-year-old sofa looked new again! Also, I had asked them about washing additional two rugs not included in the original quote request - they agreed to that and easily finished up in two hours. All in all, loved their work and will choose them again! read more

Steve at Ace Cleaning has nothing but 5 star reviews, but I'm happy to contribute to it anyways. This was for a rental property that was uncleaned for 6 years so it wasn't an easy job. I've used several different carpet cleaners before, and Steve is hands-down the best - fairly priced, uncomplicated pricing, on-time, fast and the results were superior to others I've used. The difficult spots like tile flooring and stairs were significantly better than the jobs done by other cleaners. read more
