We hired Dimitri to install recess lights in our bedrooms as well as upgrading the garage lights. It was a total of almost 30 light fixtures and he did a wonderful job at a reasonable price. He was very detailed and meticulous in his work, and always asked for direction since he wanted to make sure we're happy with the result. He also helped us install some new smart switches which a couple of them did not work as expected. However Dimitri worked tirelessly and really tried to get them to work. In the end we found an alternate solution that satisfied our needs. Dimitri was very pleasant to work with. He was responsible and kept his word on what he can or cannot deliver. Top man here!!!! From our first yelp interaction, he was very responsive and professional. I contacted him for two issues. 1 - electrical, 2 installation. Both he provided an hourly rate. The electrical hourly rate is more than the handyman services. But hey I understand- electrical is a more specialized hired skilled! Unfortunately my electrical issue he was unable to fix due to my own issues, but he was able to explain to where I understand. I have under cabinet LED lighting which is not 110v but it's controlled by a light switch. So I'm unable to find the transformer box that converts the 110v to 12v for the LED low voltage lights. The line that connects to the LED lights doesn't have any electrical current. (We bought a remodeled house, so I have no clue where that thing is, ‍. ) So we need to check that box or do it all over again! 2- The installation. He installed 3 wood post to a concrete cinder block walls. He had all the right tools to do the job. Then he proceeded to hang our outdoor lights' and they look amazing! He provided us Just what we wanted. He was respectful to my house as well, he took off his shoes while inside as the rest of us. I truly appreciate someone who can give provide us great service. Dmitrii was great! He replaced my tub, shower, tile and painted. He also replaced the framing and took care of the mold when it was discovered the old framing was rotted out from years of exposure to moisture. There was some additional wood rot around the door frame - tub level, that he also took care. The task took longer than initially quoted, but that was due to a tub supplier issue, not because of Dmitrii's work. The supplier led him on and even delivered the tub to the wrong address in another county at one point. He kept me fully informed of what was going on, even showing me some of the communication with the supplier. My paranoia over moisture considering the state of the framing when the old tub was removed resulted in me asking Dmitrii to do some additional caulking, though it was not really necessary. He did not object and even noted that he too would want that added protection. I highly recommend SkillSee! read more

We have a 100 year old home and we're trying to keep up with all the little things--so they don't turn into BIG issues. Literally had a 3 page type written list of things we needed done. The first time he built our garage's shelves upon our required dimensions (all our boxes are fitting perfectly) and ever since that day we now know we have found " our " handyman and we will be calling him back for every house job.
