Needed to find an electrician for a lighting project. I tried yelps project management feature. This feature made it quite easy as they automatically message local electrician's for you with what you are looking for. Although yelp connected me with a few options, I ultimately chose to go with SamNoa for a few basic reasons: 1. SamNoa communicated in a clear and timely manner. 2. They provided virtual estimate like they say they do and the final cost was true to their estimate. (some company's I called made the estimate process ambiguous and overly complex.) 3. Scheduling was easy as they try their best to work with your time. Even prior to the actual installation, the customer experience was excellent. The installation process was also a great experience. Although the weather conditions were not ideal (it was pushing 100 degrees and my project were outdoors), Issaib kept a positive attitude and was extremely professional throughout. Despite the hot weather, he would stop and patiently explain and answer any questions I had for him. He also checked out some older lights that stopped working as a courtesy.
