Raul and Kayra are seriously amazing at their work and managing their business! Our original panel was ancient and finally gave out, leaving half our house with no power. After getting quotes for a panel upgrade from multiple electricians, we found Photonics Electric & IT services had the most reasonable prices. We worked with them over the course of the week and they were kind, professional, and super understanding of the urgency of our situation. Raul was especially helpful at guiding us through our next steps, handling the permits, and very timely with all his responses, which was comforting in our stressful situation. The job itself was extremely quick and easy and they even took the time to look at our other electrical issues with our circuit breaker. Kayra helped us fix a longstanding problem that our original electrician swore didn't exist. It was so relieving to see our lights finally working correctly! Definitely will be recommending them to everyone I know in search of a reliable electrician and will be contacting them for any future jobs. You guys are the best! :) read more

Raul is the best. I've reached out to him for service on a few occasions and he's always prompt to arrive on scheduled appointment times. He's also quick to respond via text or phone call and doesn't leave you hanging. He offers very competitive pricing, does quality work, and has such a friendly demeanor thus making him a very pleasant person to work with. I paid him to install an EV charger in the garage and the work was completed with care and done so very professionally. A tenant of ours had their breaker panel go out, and he was able to perform a same-day repair at a last minute's notice as well. He is also incredibly patient in explaining technical information whenever I have concerns or questions about the work I need done at the house. Highly recommended for anyone in the SGV needing any electrical work done. read more

If you ever need any electrical work, I would highly recommend Photonics. I decided to install solar panels but needed to upgrade the main panel first. I had multiple quotes but Raul Tostado from Photonics was very responsive with all the questions that I had. Photonics was not the cheapest one but their price was definitely very competitive in comparison with the other quotes. The thing that impressed me the most about Raul Tostado and his assistant, Abraham, were their promptness. After signing the contract, they arrived on time on the day of the main panel replacement. They told me it would take at least 6 to 8 hours to complete the project and I would be without power for at least 6 hours. They started at 7:00am and before noon, we got our power back. If you're looking for an electrician, Photonics exceeded my expectations. Their staff were prompt, courteous, and most of all, delivered what they promised. read more

It's kinda late for this review, but it's better late than never. This project was completed last August. Before even considering Photonic, just like anyone else, went shop around and look for legit reviews, and at the same time asking for quotes. Not only did Photonic provide me with the best quote out of all, but they were very responsive, knowledgeable, courteous, and made sure to complete it in a timely manner. Thanks, Photonics! read more

From my first contact with Raul, he was polite, efficient, and professional. I always take three bids for a new job and the estimate from Raul was the most reasonable by far. From scheduling to installation, Raul was informative and professional. He installed a Tesla wall charger for me and the job was done very well. He was able to run conduit under the crawlspace of my home to reach from my panel to my driveway on the opposite side of the house. He left my home as he found it except for a well- installed new charger. I have a new electrician! Highly recommended. read more

Great service, communication, and value. Raul is excellent in the quality provided! He replaced two electrical panels for me in a timely and accurate manner. He dealt with all the city paperwork and permits without any hassle. His timely onsite arrival is perfect and didn't make me wait (unlike others who give a 2-4 hour window). He follows up and provides great value! Recommend!!! read more

On time and very professional. Answered questions prior to getting started. Estimate was quick and nice. Dude knows his way around the electric panels. Gave suggestions but did not try to up sell services. Even removed an old plug no longer working and covered it up. I had a Nema 10-30 outlet installed in my garage for my Model 3 as I was sick of using the 110 all the time and super charging. Makes a world of difference charging at 22 miles per hour. Work was done quick and without shutting off power. Everything seems high quality. Would definitely recommend for future work for myself and others! read more

Raul & Kira were very prompt and professional This was a whole house rewire in an older home. It involved New 200amp Panel all new wiring, outlets, and wired in smoke detectors. It took over a week to complete the main work including under the raised foundation and ceiling work. They always left the house tided up, as we were still in the house. I am very satisfied with their work. Will definitely call them if we need any further work. I highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical services read more

Raul and his team were great! From the beginning, they clearly explained their process fro estimate to city inspection. Their estimate was in the middle range, but their professional ethics and knowledge mattered compared to their companies I contacted (3 total estimates). They managed all of the permit paperwork with the city, arrived early on the day of the project, completed the project in one day, followed up with the city to coordinate inspection. On the day of the city inspection, they arrived early again, and guided the inspector through their work! High quality work, reliable, and project cost stayed on budget. I look forward to hiring them again for our next project. read more
