Triple A contacted Jan's Towing to provide me with towing service. I waited less than 35 minutes for the tow to arrive on a very busy afternoon. The wait time was no issue whatsoever. Jan's Towing sent a flatbed truck to my location and a very friendly, hardworking, and supportive driver. The driver had my truck on the flatbed in less than ten minutes. He also inspected the entire bottom of my truck while it was on the flatbed and advised me that it did not appear to be leaking any fluid, which was a huge relief.
