He came and did the inspection and did a great job of explaining the result of the inspection to me where I could understand it. I would definitely recommend Sunshine Foundation but I would especially recommend Golan to anybody due to his knowledge and efficiency. Adam visited my property and spent almost an hour mapping out the entire floorplan and created a detailed plan of attack - all free of charge!!! He carefully measured whether the floor was uneven using a laser, took numerous photos of the areas of concern in the crawl space (wearing a full hazmat suit, goggles, and a high-end face mask), and patiently answered all of my questions. I had another vendor visit the property, and he only spent 3 minutes poking his head around - he did not even enter the crawl space! Therefore, it was an easy choice to go with Sunshine. I felt comfortable enough with Adam to ask him to visit my parents' home for a possible retrofit. Unfortunately, this structure does not have a crawl space / cripple walls and thus is not able to be retrofitted.
