I am an engineer and I like to thoroughly research, even though I am not in construction trades. I got 4 quotes before proceeding with Adam. He stood out from day 1, making it clear what he was recommending and why. He didn't try to oversell, and he gave clear evidence backed rationale for everything. He was honest. He encouraged me to get other quotes so I do my due diligence. I checked and double checked what the other foundation contractors told me, and it became clear towards the end that Adam's advice had been fact based. Some of the other contractor's advice conflicted... do an underpin, don't do an underpin. An underpin can harm your foundation by adding stress as you don't have rebar, etc. At the end, having satisfied myself I went with Adam. His prices were not the lowest nor the highest, but fair. Stand up guy. Highly recommend. Good company, the crew whi worked on my home were all Sunshine employees, not random temps. Looking forward to not worrying about my foundation again.
