High quality, great pricing, and amazing work! Jose was fantastic from start to end. I had messaged Jose pretty late and he responded quickly and was able to set up a time to come out to install our TV. His upfront pricing was a breath of fresh air and there were no surprises later. Jose took his time to set up the mount, keep the area clean, and mount the TV beautifully. He showed up with many tools ready for anything that may have popped up. Thankfully my install was pretty straightforward, but I appreciate his preparedness. There were small things that I really appreciated. I had another vendor at our home working on something, and was watching my newborn, so he was patient as I balanced a few things at once. He also taped up small bags as he drilled into the wall to catch the dust/debris which was just such a nice touch. I will absolutely be recommending Jose and calling him again if I ever need another TV mounted.

WOW!!! I called Big Boy earlier this week and he was at my house within an hour. Angel is very professional and courteous. Best decision I made. I called Angel based on his five star reviews. I called him before noon to install a wall mount 77 inch TV and a wall mount 75 inch TV. He was available and showed up at 2 PM on time. He kept in communication before his arrival. While he was here working on the two TVs, we had talked about, I decided to have him Wall mount a third television, a 65 inch. Great value great price great guy. read more

Jose was extremely helpful and efficient. He and another person worked together to provide quality results. I'm glad I was able to find him on Yelp when searching for an installer. When I reached out, he got back to me with an estimate of what I wanted done and times that we were available. His prices are unbeatable to any other competition. STOP! Do not look any further. If you need your TV mounted, you just found the right guy! Jose is highly professional. Not only did he update me that he was on his way, he showed up at the exact time he promised, along with his assistant to ensure he provided the best service. His prices are more than reasonable. He also brought the mount that I was hoping to have installed. He was ready for whatever! When I chose the spot where I thought I wanted my TV mounted to, he recommended, from his professional experience, that I should place it a little bit lower and he was so right. Did a Yelp search after getting my new TV delivered. My previous mounted TV was mounted too high and causing neck strain. Once I contacted Jose he was a me to give me a super reasonable flat rate for removing the old TV, repositioning the Mount, and mounting the new TV. We set an appointment for the following day however I have an unpredictable work schedule and he actually was able to make a last minute same day appointment for me which I jumped on immediately. He was on time, super respectful and courteous and even took his shoes off in my home which I didn't expect or request. I was impressed. Gave me helpful tips and worked so quickly. TV arrived on Sunday, my son and I were thrilled to open the box and put that bad boy in the wall so we could watch a movie. Too bad I forgot that the fireplace had stone tiles all over it (facepalm). As a men, I started to search online how to install through stone tiles and that's when I realized I should just leave this to professionals. Logged into to YELP and found a list of providers but I hardly see 5 stars companies. So I clicked on Big Boy TV Mounting and started to read the reviews. I was happy and confident that I had found the right company. Now fast forward to my experience. If yelp allowed 10 stars, Big Boy TV Mounting deserves all 10! First of all, they replied to my message promptly and asked what I needed. Once I stated what I needed, Jose explained that the TV I had purchased was a bit different and explained to me in detail how the installation could be done due to the stone tiles. I agreed and he gave me an amazing quote. He asked how fast I wanted to get it installed (this interaction was on Sunday night around 9:00 p.m. fyi) I told him ASAP. He said say less, I ll be there tomorrow at 9:00 a.m. I was shocked. He arrived on time and we went over the installation again, I changed my mind and did not want the tv to be mounted with the mount my tv came with as it would lay too flat against the wall. He than said, I thought you might change your mind so I brought a tv mount just in case!!! Who does that ? Thinks ahead and plans ? They than measured and measured and measured to make sure everything would be perfect and that he did not need to re-drill. Once they were done with the installation they also helped me install the sound bar and the bass box. Offered to help set everything up, but I kindly declined as I did not want to take more of their time. Once done, they vacuumed around the area where they worked and made sure no dust was left behind from the drilling. Also gathered all the trash from the packaging and neatly putted aside for us to throw it away later. Very kind person, very genuine and you can see right through him! I took the time to write this review because I really hope my review can help his business thrive as he deserves it! read more

I bought two sink faucets and one for the spa tub with the idea I'd do it myself. Two months later…read more- you guessed it - I had not. So to Yelp I went. I used Yelps search tool to narrow down my need and then sent a msg to 4 handy man company's. They all responded with in a few hrs. Diego w/ Vayeyo Installation called that evening. After I talked to the others, I went with Diego. He had good reviews and has Yelps guarantee. From the time I spoke with Diego, he had one of his installers at my house in an hour. The installer was professional and had my fixtures installed in about 2-1/2 hrs. Pricing was good. The installer had to go to Home Depot and get some water lines. There was no up charge for these items - he gave the that invoice. My next project will have a call to Diego and Vayeyo.

If I help another person avoid the disaster that my partner and I experienced, then I will consider…read morethis an appropriate public service. I cannot quite put into words the turmoil we experienced with FixTMan, and the abject dismissal of our concerns we experienced with their company. The brief recommendation I can provide is - if you can find another highly rated specialized technician for the job you need taken care of, go with them (instead of FixTMan). If you can't, and as long as it is only one specific job you need done, then maybe hiring FixTMan is worth the risk. Here is what FixTMan does well: -Clear, consistent, and frequent communication prior to, and during, your scheduled appointment -Repeated requests to get you officially onto their schedule with a formal appointment -Our technician was skilled in the assembly and installation of ceiling fans (minus a wire that we recently discovered sticking out), but the other tasks we hired for...well, see below Here is what FixTMan does poorly: -Be wary of hiring FixTMan for multiple jobs. Their technicians do not necessarily have expertise in every type of "handyman" job - look for specialists for your various requests instead (this is more work with more appointments but hopefully it helps avoid FixTMan ruining your vision for your home) -For large jobs, FixTMan can and will lie to you about the number of technicians they will send for the job. They will then request you speak to their Quality Control department when you uncover the lie, Quality Control will then tell you the technician gets to decide whether or not to bring an assistant, and will try not to acknowledge that they lied to you -The warranty they tout as part of their quality guarantee does not actually provide real coverage - they can and will start to ignore you via messaging apps when you try to bring up your concerns - FixTMan's technician installed the wrong cabinet pulls in the wrong area, despite clear labels my partner created for the technician on which cabinet pulls go in which area *and* despite being specifically instructed by my partner on the differences between the areas and the cabinet pulls. When we took this concern to Quality Control, they immediately informed us the cabinets (brand new, in a new home) would not be replaced, but instead they would try to seal the holes in the drawers/cabinets - we know from experience these type of seals are always visible and anything short of replacement for a mistake their technician made would be inappropriate - they repeatedly stated their "warranty" would not cover that -Quality Control made our situation with our technician (related to the concerns and issues documented above) worse by reducing the price of our job but then informing the technician who was still in our house that he would be paid less - this was very uncomfortable and clearly the technician was deeply offended by the price reduction. The Quality Control department of FixTMan handled the whole situation terribly (and I must say the price reduction they offered came nowhere near compensating for the permanent damage done to our planned design/layout of cabinet pulls in our home) -After the technician left, we discovered that there was a wire sticking out from one of the ceiling fan installations, and FixTMan refused to honor their 30 day warranty, and as noted above, refused to send out a QC technician (which they previously promised), instead ignoring our pleas for help and assistance - as an aside, after involving a third party, FixTman finally tried to respond, but at that point, their reliability and lack of commitment to customer service was clear and I opted not to re-engage in communication with them

When I called to question after exceeding the scheduled time window, Cristhian apologized and rescheduled me for first stop 7am the next morning, showing up right at 6:56am. He and his team member came, used shoe covers, were careful with my sectional, disassembled it and wrapped it. Pricing was EXTREMELY reasonable. I was very happy! He quoted me the best price and had the most consistent and overall five star reviews on Yelp and Google. I definitely plan to contact him again for my moving needs and will be recommending him to others.
