    Please reconsider before even thinking about this service. I listed in the work order that the promotional artwork was posterboard and Styrofoam material. The tech who showed up did not have any of their own tools or products to work with. He continued to say he doesn't know how to hang the pictures since they were not framed. This is where he should have stopped and left or went to a hardware store and purchase the materials he is being paid to use. Instead he asked an employee for bulletin board push pins and punctured the artwork. When I was told this information I text FixTman immediately while this was happening with no response and provided the picture attached. However, they were quick to send their invoice. When I let them know that this is house a teenage child hangs posters in their bedroom, they reviewed with their tech. Now it is a matter of he said, she said and no resolution to their horrific work and ruined promotional material. They offered a pathetic 10% discount ($9). Our employees will have to go back and fix all of this work, which should have been completed appropriately by "professionals" to begin with. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this service, especially if this is for your home!

    I originally had this company mount a cabinet and the guy did a great job on the cabinet. He asked would I like my TVs and I said my living room while he was here so we worked to get this service added. I informed him to be careful taking off the base and these newer televisions can be super sensitive. Before he entered my home, my television worked perfectly fine because I was watching it. After he mounted my television it now has a crack and the company wants to take no responsibility for it. Why on earth if the tv was broken would I request to pay for mounting? This television was perfectly fine before he mounted it. It was clearly mishandled during the mounting process. Therefore, if they don't want to take responsibility, we will have to get this resolved in court. Sad that I have to go out and pay hundreds for a new tv on their error. Response! Charles you are a liar! Never once did I say this television already had a crack. These type of televisions if they have a crack they won't work. So once again why would I ask to install and pay for a mounting service if it was already broken. And I'm not paying for anything if you fail to take accountability for my tv.

    Overall appearance! It tilts downward so when we are sitting on floor, better viewing.

    Wonderful!!! Technician was fast, efficient, cleaned up after. I live my mount, the tilt and the wall cover up! Please do yourself a favor and use this company! Communication on point, invoice sent electronically so no exchange of information. All 10's in my book!!! Will call when I move to have them mount in my new spot too!

    I submitted a project through Yelp to have 4 TVs installed. I immediately received a call from…read moreTexan TV Mounting providing more details, and I also requested 2 outlets to be installed. Then they sent a link to their Google reviews which all looked pretty good, so we scheduled. One man arrived at our home to mount 4 TVs and install 2 outlets. We immediately asked about him having someone to help him with the 85" TV to which he informed us that someone else was coming shortly. We walked him through the house to show him where all the TVs needed to be moved to. In the first room, pictured below, I showed him a bookshelf that folded down into a desk and I showed him that the TV needed to be clear of the desk so it could fold down. I opened the desk and we proceeded to mark with a pencil (circled in blue) where we needed the bottom left corner of the TV to be, which gave plenty of space to allow the desk to fold down. He started in the first room and was in there for a while. Then he moved onto the second room and was in there for a little bit and then came out to let me know his partner was on his way to assist with the other two TVs. It was at this point where he told me that unfortunately he would not be able to install the outlets after all, even though he had been in the rooms for a while. So, I checked the first room and immediately tried to open the desk, but was unable to do so, because the TV was mounted in the way. I asked him to fix it and he started working on it. Then he came out and took down the third TV (which was to be moved to another location). A little bit later the second man arrived. They went into the first room where the second man was able to install the outlet like we previously agreed on. Then they moved into the second room to install the outlet there. I checked the first room and the TV was still in the way of the desk. I asked them again to fix it. After they finished with the second room, the second guy moved into the master bedroom and my husband and I went to check on the first room again. It was STILL in the wrong spot. The first man tried pushing it over to the right and my husband told him he was going to have to take it down and fix it. The second guy asked where we wanted the TV mounted and I show him. Then he takes the mount from the living room and mounts in the master bedroom. We get called back into the first room where the TV is finally out of the way of the desk, but just barely and it is nowhere lined up with the marking we made originally. Back in the living room, the second guy told us that the type of TV we bought for the living room typically didn't work with the mount they had and he mentioned that he would have to retrieve a different one. He went back and forth about whether he could have it in 20 minutes or maybe he should come back another day. We were hesitant to accept them coming back another day, they decided to try to get it done the same night. They proceed to take the TV out of the box and all its wrapping. I walk into the master bedroom and see that the TV in this room was mounted so high, that the outlet (and wire/plug) were clearly visible beneath the TV. Not hidden at all like we previously agreed. At this point I asked my husband to have them stop. He agreed to pay them for the work they had completed and had them leave. He Zelled them to the number they provided and it appeared to belong to a valet service. Immediately after they left, I scheduled an appointment with a different company to come back out to re-mount the TVs in the correct location and mount the last TV. When they pulled the TV down in the first room, we realized what kind of damage they did to our wall. I had to pay someone to repair our wall and someone else to actually mount the TV's so I requested a refund. To which they never responded. It was a complete waste of money for them to come out.

    He showed up in a short notice, and did a great job, Fast clean and professional, they knows…read morewhatever they are doing. I highly recommend this team .
