Hands down the worst experience ever. Dude didn't know how to run the wiring behind the wall like we asked and the TV was actually crooked when mounted. TV2, same problem. TV 3 was a LG frame 75 inch and the guy claimed the brackets were missing. (THEY WERE ON THE BACK OF THE TV!) and again claimed there was no way to run wiring behind the wall. I spent $275 ordering replacements because this guy said they were missing, the genuine installers looked at me like I was a moron. They literally laughed at the shoddy work. Seriously, don't hire them. They're masters of nothing aside from laughably bad work. read more

Horrible company. Took time off work to be home for my installation. They never showed up. I called and was told the tech had an emergency and could not make it but they apparently didn't care enough to call me to let me know and reschedule. They offered me a ridiculously low discount of $20 off (less than 7% off of my rate). They then rescheduled me for the following date and did not show up again! I called several times with no answer. The 24/7 claim is a LIE. DO NOT BOOK THEM. Update: my husband called to see if he would get a call back and he did! They proceed to just ramble for several minutes apologizing but not telling us how they would fix this. I am the one that booked it and tried calling and I still haven't received any sort of apology directly from them and now on top of everything it seems like they don't want to deal with me for being a woman. My wife and I booked this company last year to mount 2 televisions. It was done in a timely and effective manner. We loved their service. We loved it so much, that we decided to rebook them again. My wife contacted over a week ago and provided the new address to where the mounting needed to take place. It was agreed upon and scheduled for 10 am today. Fast forward to today, she called at 9:32 am to see why she did not receive the "On our way" text as she did before. The representative said that they were going to call the tech to get there ETA. She then received a text at 9:43 am informing her that they will not be able to compete service now or never due to the "Lack of techs in the area". They stated that the manager that scheduled the order did not see how far the address is. This is so very unprofessional. The lack of them not ensuring that the address was in their service area ahead of time, the lack of contacting prior to cancel and the lack of not bothering to call back to state this and being a coward to text is unacceptable. read more

Great experience! Another installer I got through Best Buy was not able to mount the 100" TV in two different attempts with two different wall mounts. I called TV Mount Master and spoke to Nickolas, who listened to the situation and called me right back after speaking to his installation team. They came out the next day (an hour+ drive) and installed the TV without a hitch with a mount they brought. They were friendly and efficient. The installation plus the mounting hardware cost less than BB would have charged for the installation (not including the cost of the mount). I am highly satisfied! read more

No warning (I called them for updates when the technician was a no show) and very little help over the phone ("we'll call you right back!"...only happened once of many calls). The TV installation itself was completed professionally and for the agreed-upon price, so I have no complaints about that service. However, the experience that followed has been extremely disappointing. As part of our agreement, the company also agreed to install a shower head at no additional charge. When the technician arrived, he insisted there was a US$60 fee for the shower head installation. Since we wanted the work completed, we paid him with the understanding that we would resolve the matter with the company afterward. Since then, getting reimbursed has been nothing but frustration. We've been given the runaround for weeks. The company eventually admitted that the technician had been fired for collecting customers' money and failing to turn it over to the company--including the US$60 we paid. While I appreciate the company's transparency about the employee's misconduct, I do not appreciate being expected to absorb the loss. My agreement was with the company, not the individual technician. Their internal employee issue should not become their customer's financial burden. Good customer service isn't just about completing the initial job--it's about taking responsibility when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this company has failed in that regard. A business is ultimately responsible for the actions of its employees while they are representing the company. The TV installation deserves credit, but the way this reimbursement has been handled has completely overshadowed what could have been a positive experience. The person who should up was extremely rude, and mounted my TV diagonally - the TV is not level. The right side is higher by a noticeable amount. He did not know what he was doing and constantly had to call someone to ask what to do. I had purchased a media box which goes in the wall behind the TV from TV Mount Master - the person had to cut the box up and installed just the walls into my wall. Why would I need just a weird plastic square with no back installed into my wall? I asked to have the TV vertically and horizontally centered above the fireplace. He ignored me and while it was horizontally centered on the wall, it was not vertically centered. The person who came was extremely rude to me in speech and manners.
