The awesome tech Russell came in time and let me know when he'd arrive by text. He was awesome at his job, and hung my 55" TV beautifully. He took the time to make it perfect and even had a little contraption that caught the plaster dust when he drilled the holes. No clean up necessary. And they were really reasonably priced. No need to look for any other company. All they do is TV installs (including hiding wires behind the walls if that's what you need) so they really know what they are doing. Highly recommend.

They were very accommodating to what I wanted to get done and at the end everything came out the way I wanted. I highly recommend their services and they will go the extra mile. Thanks again Ryan.

I had a mount for the playbar but they were able to provide multiple options for my TV and helped me select the best one for my specific needs. In addition- they brought molding to hide wires, extended cables for my system to connect and ensured everything looked perfect. They asked me how I liked to view the screen (height/angle), where it should be centered and everything to make sure it was what I wanted. On a personal note- they were super cool, polite, respectful and local La guys like me. Highly highly recommend them to anyone interested in mounting a TV. 11/10 - thanks gents!

I was very disappointed with my experience with this TV Installation Services. Based on their…read morecustomer service alone, I would not recommend them. When I initially asked if they could come on a specific day, I was told that the date worked. Later, I received a call from a different, private number asking if they could come that same day instead. Although this was only a few hours' notice, I accommodated the change and was told the technician would arrive by 6:00 PM. When no one had arrived by 6:17 PM, I called the original number to ask for an update. The man who answered, who never identified himself, sounded irritated by my question. He said they were running late and that he would check with the team. He eventually called back and informed me that the technician would arrive between 7:30 and 8:00 PM. My biggest concern was the lack of communication and professionalism throughout this process. If the technician was running late, why couldn't they contact me directly to let me know? Instead, I had to call them for an update, only to receive a significantly later arrival window. When I asked for the technician's name, I was told it was Sam. The person on the phone also seemed annoyed when I asked for his name. At that point, I decided to cancel the service. I called back and explained that the last-minute changes, lack of communication, and overall unprofessional handling of the situation had made me uncomfortable moving forward. Rather than responding professionally, the man on the phone seemed unhappy and abruptly hung up without even saying goodbye. I ultimately cannot comment on the quality of their actual work because I never received their services. However, the customer service experience was enough to make me reconsider hiring them. Clear communication, punctuality, and basic courtesy are the bare minimum when running a business, and unfortunately, those expectations were not met. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value professionalism, reliable communication, and respectful customer service.
