He came to install a mount I purchased from Amazon and it didn't ideally work with our setup at home so he recommended another mount and gladly came back that afternoon to install it. We had a pretty good size job for Malik. First of all, he was insanely fast to respond and engage in a discussion about the job. He has a great confidence which gives you peace of mind that he knows what he's doing. We agreed on pricing and he was available the next day. He installed one 55" tv in one apartment (parent who lives in the same building) and in our TV's were a 43", a 55" and a 65". Malik was on time, communicated by both phone and text, was a total pro. The job done was great. Here's the thing that matters - we were unhappy with the height we selected for the big tv. When J communicated that to Malik, he offered to come back complimentary and make it right which he did the very next day to perfection. Highly recommend Malik. read more

Extremely high-quality and prompt service! I was devastated by last night moving and decided to hire professional to mount tv. The response has been provided in matter of 10 minutes, 20 minutes after and here is professional. Pretty much quick, I'd say elegant service was conducted. Malik was a consummate professional, who I would work with again for my mounting needs! He is a good communicator and thorough in how he conducts his business. He installed a mantel mount and put up my 55in tv very quickly and it looks great! He was very courteous around the house, he was mindful of the drilling debris (mounted into a concrete wall) and was mindful of the noise since I had a baby in the house. He reminded me that if I run into any issues with the mount to let him know as part of his service package! Also I really liked the invoice and payment through his business app, very handy! Called him at 8am he was there by 9:30am. Malik Showed up on time, prepared, and friendly. He documented everything with photos as he went and made sure I signed off on the placement. He got straight to work and hung the mount fast. He left no mess which was appreciated. He missed one of the studs, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Through plenty of trial and error (and a few extra holes in the wall that cost us our security deposit), I learned the art of mounting TVs. Fast forward to today: after relocating from the East Coast to Los Angeles, that one-time quarantine project has grown into Ice Mount’n—a company built on precision, pride, and professionalism. What started as a DIY experiment is now a trusted TV mounting service proudly serving homes, offices, and commercial spaces across the Greater Los Angeles area. Meet the Business Owner: Malik T.

I’m Malik, the owner of Ice Mount’n. This all started back in quarantine when I bought three TVs for my new apartment—then the lockdown hit, and no one could come inside to install them. After weeks of staring at boxes on the floor, my wife finally said, “You’re going to have to figure this out.” So, I did. I taught myself how to mount TVs, made a few too many holes in the wall (sorry to my old landlord), and discovered I actually loved the process. What started as a necessity turned into a passion, and that passion grew into Ice Mount’n. I needed to have a 100lb+ 85" TV and soundbar installed in a space over my spare bedroom door (the top of the TV is ~12ft off the ground). Rich, who used to work on Hollywood sets, got together some colleagues of his to troubleshoot and ultimately successfully get the heavy piece where it needed to be. His attention to safely was reassuring. His meticulous attention to detail was admirable - when I said it looked "good to me" he said "let me make sure" and made sure everything was perfectly centered and level. He also noticed that a soundbar that I had in my living room (which I installed myself and botched) was looking rough and not only reinstalled it but hid the cords for me. He has an eye towards perfection. In the end, everything looked fresh and smooth. His prices were reasonable. And he has great connections for other services in case I needed them in the future.
