The reason I went with these guys instead of another company was because of the extremely quick response time. I used the messenger feature on Yelp and the owner answered all of my questions very quickly. A couple of the other companies didn't respond until the next day. Once they got here they were very cool and easy to talk to and don't mind answering any questions. They came yesterday to install a TV in my new condo and they were absolutely amazing! The space they were going to mount the TV on was a wall close to the corner of the room with a high placed fireplace mantle and I have a large sofa sectional. I had initially told them I wanted the TV basically mounted on with a regular wall mount but it would have been too high as the mantle was too high. I was not sure what I wanted to do at that point in time. They found this awesome TV mount that was absolutely perfect. You can watch TV from any part of the room. They had the foresight to know the right mount for us. I can't thank them enough. They are professional, respectful, hard-working and they are people that enjoy what they do. It was in the way and we really wanted to put it on top of the fireplace. So we decided to give the Satellite Brothers a try. That was the best decision me and my wife made. Let me just say the BROS are 100% worth the hype. Their amazing reviews are completely accurate and well deserved. It's almost 11:30pm right now and they just left my apartment about 30 mins ago. They worked a full day in Orange County and still drove all the way to Rancho Cucamonga to mount 2 TVs for me. They didn't cancel on me because it was late. They didn't back out of the same day service I requested. I was cancelled on 4 times by task rabbit app contractors. I contacted 2 other businesses on yelp for quotes, none of which replied. Robert was the only one that replied immediately with a very reasonable quote. He remained in contact and frequently texted updates on his ETA. The bros were all SO POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. They triple checked all the leveling and studs to make sure the job was done right. They answered all our questions and even offered to cover the wires and blend them with the wall because we couldn't make any major holes in our apartment walls to hide them within the walls. I'm soooo thrilled with the full motion mounted TVs! My fiancé and I were ooh-ing and ahh-ing at the TVs and flipping out because we thought it was so cool!
