Wow! Jesse came to my house in Palm Desert 30 minutes after I called for an estimate to install speakers in the ceiling for my tv. because he was in the area at another house. We already had sound bars in every room that we didn't like how they worked. Jesse said I can adjust all your sound bars. He adjusted three TVs and three sound bars and was here for about 45 minutes for $150 service call. Everything sounds great and we were gonna spend thousands of dollars I can't say enough about Jesse. read more

I wish I could give Jesse and AVI 10 stars! I am beyond grateful for the incredible service, kindness, and expertise Jesse provided. After months of frustration trying to fix an issue with my Sonos system -- even Sonos support couldn't figure it out -- Jesse came in, quickly diagnosed the real problem, and had everything working flawlessly. It was like magic. As an audiophile, I'm extremely particular about sound quality and who I trust with my system. Jesse completely blew me away. His knowledge, precision, and true passion for what he does are rare to find. On top of that, he's kind, prompt, fair with his pricing, and genuinely cares about delivering the best outcome for his clients. If you want the BEST technician who not only knows what he's doing but treats you and your system with the utmost respect -- look no further than Jesse and AVI. Investing in an entertainment system was completely new to me, and I had a lot of concerns about all the different components. Jesse was incredibly caring and understanding from the start. He took the time to explain everything in full detail, making the entire process feel easy and manageable. Because of Yelp and the photos his clients have posted, I was able to see his work in advance--and everything he did for me exceeded those expectations. I also love that this is a family business dedicated to and deeply committed to the Coachella Valley. Jesse's mastery is truly at the highest level. I'm grateful for his patience, his clarity, and the beautiful work he delivered. I can't recommend him enough. read more

Another stellar service provided by Jesse! We have a couple rentals and the wifi went down. Spent hours on the phone with spectrum and the tenant and couldn't get the system back up. Jesse came and saved the day! Quick response via text and he was out there within a couple hours. He set up all our systems in each of our houses (multiple TVs, power outlets, internet, sound system, etc) so he knew what needed to be done. Do not hesitate to have Jesse and his team come out and support all your needs!!! Thanks Jesse!!! read more

AVI Tech just finished an installation of a Sonos sound system for our entire house in Palm Springs, including three sets of speakers in the house, soundbars for four televisions and outdoor speakers by our pool. Jesse came out promptly to provide a bid, which he explained fully and the pricing was very fair. He explained the availability of more expensive options, but also explained why he thought they were unnecessary. The installation occurred exactly when promised and his crew was polite, professional and cleaned up after their work. Jesse then came back later to answer the questions I had after using the system for a couple of days. The system sounds great, is easy to use and my husband finally knows how to control our tv's! Jesse and his crew are the best. read more

They provided me with the info I needed, an estimate, an available service date, and any additional parts I needed to order prior to his visit. Jesse arrived on time, and got to work right away. Gave me a breakdown of what he was going to do, and the final cost prior to starting his work. He made sure everything was set up per my request, ensured I was able to access everything I needed, and any additional questions, or concerns I had were answered. I would 100% recommend AVI Tech to anyone needing this sort of service. read more

I'm leaving this review on behalf of my dad, Guillermo: Good bye Spectrum TV and Hello Direct TV Streamline TV thanks to the AVI TECH Team Erica, Jessie and Sid . Not sure why I waited so long to get this done I could not be happy AVI TECH has handled all my TV installs as well as Wi-Fi since we moved to the Desert 2 years ago and they are fair and extremely professional. Happy Thanksgiving! read more

My new home had no speakers inside or out and I got quotes from 3 companies and all were about the same money. What made me go with AVI was the fact that Jesse told me that they are the best at drywall repair. No one else provided that service they both wanted to farm it out to someone else. Jesse and his team did a phenomenal job on my walls and ceilings. You would never know any work had been done. Jesse installed 5 speakers inside and and 4 outside along with a universal remote and some streaming items. I had some user issues and glitches in the system and Jesse came out every time I called no questions asked. I have 3 other friends that used AVI and all were 100% satisfied. read more

I cannot recommend AVI TECH highly enough. We needed to swap out an old tv for a new one. Sid came on time. After upgrading our living room cabinetry, we had AVI Tech rewire and update our entire home sound system, which was still running on an outdated setup from the 80s. The upgrade has been incredible! I can now control everything right from my phone, and the sound works seamlessly throughout the house and even in the pool area. The team was on time, efficient, and went above and beyond - they even helped patch the wall after the installation. Their professionalism and attention to detail really impressed me. I highly recommend AVI Tech to anyone looking for a reliable company that goes the extra mile. They transformed my outdated system into something modern, easy-to-use, and amazing! read more

Great guys. Super professional. Came out and got two tvs mounted in about a total of 4-5 hours. Super efficient and really appreciated how professional these guys were. Thank you, Jesse! I could not find anyone to install my TV, so I took a chance and searched. After reading your stellar reviews, I got super lucky. Jesse's response shows they don't conduct business properly. They are arrogant and self important re comment on leaving multiple messages. It's a business. Bottom Line I called AVIR TECH. 760 779 0881 x116 Yasin came out to diagnose the problem. Solved it. "He did not charge me" and we discussed future equipment purchase exceeding $9000. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM OVER AVI,. Very High end with office and a much better choice over AVI. It's just the case. The customer is never right with AVI. read more

I initially contacted a National company with service reps in the area to install TV's and sound bars in my home. What a mistake and nightmare that was and they put $480 thru on my CC without even coming to my house and trying to reschedule my service appointment. This family owned and operated business was fantastic! Excellent communication, willingness to provide fast and quality service on short notice and was an overall great experience. Thanks Erica, Jesse and the rest of the family! I will contact you again if I need anything and recommend you to my friends. read more

We called AVI Tech to get our 84 inch TV mounted above the fireplace. We were a little skeptical because of the weight of the TV and the height of the fireplace. The technicians that came out were able to give us different options (such as different mounts) that would help with the height and also reassured us that the TV will be secure. They even pointed out a few things we hadn't thought about, like where the power outlets and the cables would go. Their suggestions made it so that we would have no trouble connecting our consoles and devices to the TV. Steve and Jesse did the installation and they were friendly, professional, and overall did a fantastic job! They also made sure that everything was cleaned up after the job was done. The price you pay for the quality and service you get is unbeatable. We are so happy with our TV setup! read more
