Paul came out to our home to look at our old audio system and to install a new Sonos amp and some KEF speakers on the outside wall of our home. After he reviewed my system, he made recommendations on what I needed and gave me a quote. We ordered the new Sonos amp and once it arrived Paul arrived to do his job on time and professional. Paul rewired my entire system correctly and installed the new KEF wall speakers where there were none. He had to cut holes on my outside wall and run wires from my system to the new speakers and everything was great. The new speakers sounded so good that I had him replace my old outdoor speakers in the ceiling of our outdoor patio that were there when we moved in. It turned out the old speakers were Radio Shack and must have been 20 years old. We installed some more new KEF speakers and my outdoors system is now awesome and very powerful. In passing Paul asked me if I had an old turntable which I did ( Pioneer ) and he hooked it up for me while he was in my home. I have a home theatre that is way too complicated for the average person. My universal remote which made the entire system work just like a simple TV went out. Well, Paul did some work on our 2 year old sound system on a few occasions. He took the time to explain how things worked and we ended up buying some additional components from him. After everything was installed we were left with an unacceptable out of sync sound system. There is about a 1 second delay between the audio and video on our main TV, the one he worked on. He came back to try to make it better and was able to improve it just slightly. After a few days the problem recurred but WORSE than ever. He did not have a solution. It is so disturbing to watch that I can no longer use that TV after spending a lot of money on it. We have left messages multiple times to get directions on how to get into certain menus to try to make corrections ourselves. He does not return our phone calls and has left us here with a very messed up TV/sound system. I cannot recommend him at all and will be looking for someone else to fix the new problems we have and hopefully make our TV usable again. I will also update the friends that I have referred to him and confident that they will never call him again for any A/V work. I certainly won't!! read more

At first I thought they were just junkie like others, but when they finish mounting the TV I was impressed because the TV needs to be mount on a fireplace but they've done it perfectly! absolutely the worst company i have ever dealt with. i used them several times and it was always difficult to get a return call. the last time , Paul, the owner operator ordered me some dance new remote control for my entertainment system, which was north of $600, and after he set it up he said, if you need me to make any adjustments on any of the input, just call me and I can do it remotely. well the remote control looks nice, but it Hass to be charged every night which is terrible, because if you forget you cannot operate your TV your music your Apple TV etc. until it's charged, and it doesn't even turn the television off and on I have to dig out the old television remote to turn the television off and on because he programmed it improperly.seems like a simple fix but...I've called him for two weeks, and he does not answer his phone nor does he return my call.
