absolutely the worst install. they were hired 3rd party install by best buy. do not waste your money. 4 hours to drill a hole for power. job was left un finished. i was told he would not make any money. there for he would not install the speakers. the equipment that was installed was left dirty, hand prints. this is a 4000.00 job. books , remote, put on my counter. refused to hook up box to tyhe tv and show me how equipment works. i have a huge event startingi friday. left job not finished. zero compassion for customers. now best buy is trying to getg someone. has to be rescheduled. i dont have time. read more

I went to Home Advisor and found this wonderful group of 3 who do TV installation. Jeffrey is the owner and does a wonderful job along with his 2 employees in installing tvs. They are really great. They work very efficiently and get the job done. Also one of the employees sat down with me to review my new tv apps and my speaker system. I needed two TVs mounted in my home, and Jeffrey was great to work with. Not only was he a better price than the three other companies I spoke to, he was easy to reach and stayed in touch leading up to the appointment. Whereas many other companies would not work on a Saturday, it was no problem for Jeffrey. His work was extremely professional... all the wires were hidden and all the rooms were completely cleaned up before he left. He also didn't try to upsell me on equipment I did not need; in fact, he told me I already had the equipment that I requested when other installers were going to sell me that same equipment! Working with Jeffery and his crew was like a breath of fresh air! He proved to be knowledgeable, reasonable and just a great guy to work with. I contacted him for a quote to unmount and relocate a 65" TV to another room and to mount in its place a 150 lb. 7ft long 85" TV. We scheduled a time for him to come and he showed up right on time. While he was here I discussed the possibility of adding electrical and cable conduits to the project quote which he did. His quote was extremely competitive and so much more "reasonable" than any other I received. I admit that because his quote was literally hundreds less than any other I had received I was somewhat skeptical. But, because I was so impressed with Jeff at our initial meeting I decided to trust him and I am so glad I did. After I gave him the okay he and his very hard working and conscientious crew, Eddie, Carlos and Juan, showed up on time and ready to work. The completed job was done professionally and at the price quoted. They also cleaned up after themselves too. It goes without saying...although I am saying it here...I would hire (and most highly recommend) Jeff and his crew without any hesitation. PS.
