I have been using Audio Video annually for over 5 years and every time they have been responsive to my schedule request, shown up on time and been both friendly and, most importantly, fixed everything first time. Great service and attitude! read more

We started using AV Concepts several years ago. Emmanuel and staff are dependable, knowledgeable, and patient with all of our needs and questions. I just replaced our router with a new router; the change required AV Concepts to do some reconfiguring of our Control4 universal remote and TVs, and Luna security system. The work stretched through 4 hours. The invoiced cost of service was very reasonable. AV Concepts keeps on improving itself. read more

I called Audio Video Concepts to repair the problem in this stack of wires and equipment. They came on time and quickly figured out the problems. Two of the cables to my video cameras had bad connectors and the amplifier was dead on arrival! They repaired the cables and got the video cameras working and gave me a fair estimate on replacing the amplifier. The cost for this greAt service was only $150.00! i highly recommend Audio Visual Concepts for repairing your audio/ visual equipment. read more

Seldom have I encountered any business with as little regard for the customer. Under no circumstances can or should you trust Emanuel Gonzalez. I just purchased a $1,200 remote control for my entertainment system. Emanuel had little more than left my house when I noticed the remote doesn't work properly. In short, a person needs to literally stand a couple feet in front of TV, press ON 4-5 times and wait. And hope. I called, I have texted ( the email on his business card is not valid ). This con man hasn't had the decency to reply once. Zero attempt to assist, If anyone wants to throw money out the window, call Audio Video Concepts. These con artists will gladly fleece you. read more

I recently purchased a NEW HOME in Indio, and needed a 70" LED TV installed along with a XBOX ONE system and a Yamaha Sound bar. I found Audio Video Concepts on YELP and decided to give them a call, and I am so GLAD that I did! Emanuel was professional and ON TIME! He quickly made sure my TV was hung properly over the Fireplace! He connected the XBOX ONE through the pre-fabricated AV connection in the wall that turned out to be defective as the HDMI connection seemed to create a RED STATIC on the SCREEN. He returned twice to ensure that the install was done properly and did a lot of troubleshooting to determine the cause of the issues I was having with RED STATIC in the image on the screen, and re-wired everything direct to the TV bypassing the defective wall jack! Now everything is PERFECT! Thank you Audio Video Concepts! You guys are the best!!! read more

Emanuel and Christian did an excellent job for me, mounting my 55" LG tv and Yamaha sound bar. They also hooked up my Apple TV and programed it to my tv in the bedroom. They made certain that everything was working as it should, which, as a single woman lacking in all the nuances of these new smart tvs, was incredibly important to me. I also have to say that they were neat and tidy as they went about their work and, when they left, there was no sign that they were even here! Kudos to them! read more

Emanuel runs a top-notch business. We couldn't be happier with the service we received. Emanuel and his assistant Fernando were very polite and respectful of our home. Emanuel was very easy to communicate with via text messages. They always arrived when they said they would. They installed two tvs, one of which is in our living room with a surround sound system. They even picked up our big tv from Costco for us. They suggested speakers on our patio and are we ever glad they did. We lost any sound with our TV. And with everything that is hooked up to it I was at a loss. I called & the person that answered ( sorry I didn't catch his name!) Patiently took his time & walked me thru troubleshooting it. After trying the last thing I had to reboot the TV which took forever and I'm happy to report it worked. The sound bar system is history, no loss to me, and we are good to go. I am so appreciative of his patience & time. Would definitely recommend them. read more

I purchased a new TiVo Bolt+ and 5 TiVo mini's. I needed an Ethernet cable run from my router to the TiVo Bolt+ in order to setup a MOCA network which would serve as the backbone for the TiVo mini's. Emanuel is a nice guy and he brought along two assistants. Both of which only work part time for Emanuel and it was clear they are still learning the business. Emanuel had quoted me an hourly rate of $125.00 but I thought I would be getting 2 people that were qualified technicians. That's not what I got. I had purchased a special filter from TiVo that helps with the installation of the MOCA network. I gave it to Emanuel and he said that we didn't need it. Time-Warner had already installed a filter. After literally hours on the phone with technical support, TiVo suggested that we install the filter that I purchased from TiVo. That fixed the problem right away. To be fair, Emanuel and his guys were here for 10 hours and only charged me for 7. He recognized that they had been going round and round without getting anywhere. When they left, I found out that the remote controls hadn't been setup correctly so it was difficult to watch TV. I hired another company to come out and program the remote controls and clean up some of the wiring that Audio Video Concepts had installed. Nice guys but I wouldn't use them again. read more

Great service very professional. We had a home stereo system installed. They were fast and reasonable. I wouldn't call anyone else.

Immanuel came out this afternoon, parked his truck partially blocking our driveway which made it impossible to get our two cars in. He talked to three of us, and no one understood what he was trying to say. He mostly just stood there. The phone numbers he gave us for electronic repair were not helpful--one, the phone was disconnected, the other, the man doesn't do it any more. He was very unhelpful, and you have gotten rave reviews from others, so there must be someone there that can be more help to us. SandraLeland@gmail.com read more
