    My biggest problem is that they jacked up my price 3X in less than a year!! After being a customer for years!!

Said they would send a replacement. Called later in week and no replacement ordered. As of this moment I haven't received the replacement. Worst customer experience I have had. Right after he left, service would intermittently cut out every 10 min or so for about 10-15 min. Imagine trying to watch a show or god forbid you work from home. I had to connect to my mobile hotspot and contacted frontier to have them help fix the issue. That's the second issue: Customer service is so incredibly aggravating. They use an AI chatbot that is worthless. And the app itself crashes while waiting to connect to an actual agent. The agent scheduled me for the upcoming Saturday. But...he scheduled the wrong date. I checked in on Thursday to confirm they were coming on Saturday because i got a text message saying they were scheduled for Friday. He assured me more than once that it was indeed scheduled for Saturday. Tech shows up on Friday and I'm not home. Wtf. And because I work during the week, I'll have to wait another week for a Saturday appointment? I think not. NEXT! My circumstances might not be yours but just be advised that you won't have access to efficient customer service if you have an issue. It seems pretty cut and dry. You pay for service and should have an expectation of receiving just the basic service. I don't need anything special. Now I am just going to cancel and hope they reverse charges for service I never received.

I was frantic. I had friends try to get my email to come back up on my phone to no avail ... and so I took a chance and went to another Verizon Store ( on Hwy 111 in La Quinta). Boy was I glad I did because not only was Kareem extremely cordial & friendly but he had my phone issue fixed within 5 minutes! He was awesome... and I am truly grateful to him. He's the best!!! So take my advice and run, don't walk to this location and request Kareem if you are a tech disaster like me & mess up your phone so bad that no one can fix it... Well, almost no one... except ... We were expecting maximum pain with endless sales pitches, problems moving the data over, wait times, etc. but to our delight and surprise, we experienced none of that whatsoever. We were helped immediately by Anthony who guided us through the process of selecting a new phone, the plan and the transfer of my hubby's ICloud data lickety-split, and we walked out rather easily with a new phone all set up. Seriously, Anthony's chill attitude had a calming effect on us and now we're going to get a new Ipad, too. We couldn't be more pleased with this purchase and how it all went down. I had this bizarre problem where half of the outlets in my kitchen just stopped working right before I was supposed to host a family dinner. To make things worse, my fridge was on the dead circuit, so food was already starting to warm up. Total nightmare. I called a few other companies first voicemail, long wait times, or "we can fit you in next week." Then I called Legends Electric, Inc. A technician was at my house in no time. He showed up in a clean uniform, introduced himself professionally, and immediately put on shoe covers before stepping into my house (that alone already impressed me). Not only did he diagnose the issue quickly (a tripped GFCI hidden behind a cabinet that I never would've found), but he also took the time to explain what caused it, how to prevent it, and even checked my entire panel to make sure everything else was up to code without me even asking. He had everything back up and running in under an hour. The price? More than fair. The peace of mind? Priceless. They even followed up the next day to make sure everything was still working properly. Who does that anymore?! If you want professionalism, fast response, and people who genuinely care about their work, Legends Electric, Inc. is the only call you need to make.

The cost to install a single recessed can light off an existing light cost over $400!!! (they recommended it as being the easiest way) They also accidently clipped a wire to our AC Thermostat and had to come back and fix that which took hours. No discount for that inconvenience either. We complained about the fees and truck charges, but no discount offered.

I am in the final stages of selling a property and Carlos led his team to do a thorough electrical inspection and fix a list of requests from the buyers. He found many things that the house inspector overlooked, and we were able to take care of many issues to bring the property up to code - safety wise. But what is more impressive, is that Carlos heard arcing from the main panel, realized we had a much bigger issue, communicated all of this quickly! He caught was noone else did and probably saved the property from a much bigger isseu! Larry professionally and immediately facilitated ALL of the behind the scenes maneuvering to get power restored in the same week. I know this was a record timewise, and while it might not be repeatable every time for issues outside their control- Larry took it upon himself to do all that was possible to align the utilities and the city, to make it the shortest possible duration. AND Carlos and his team went so far above and beyond to fix all the issues and restore power correctly. He met with pool technician, solar technician and all worked together to make sure all the systems would be working as needed! They are a top notch operation all around and would highly recommend.
