I am 80 and feel extremely comfortable with Eric in my home. I still do tax returns and the first part of April, on a Friday, my printer went down. I stopped by New Wave offices and asked for help setting up a new printer and networking it with the server which is in WA. They had no one available to come out to help. Kevin said that if we had access to an Apple phone he would face time and insure the installation was completed so I could work. He would take no money. Had he not helped me I would have lost three days of production and the first of April is critical for me. Thanks Kevin and Eric

Try as I might, I have not been able to get a quote on the camera system we are wired for nor can we get anyone to come out and transfer the previous owners information to ours. We are now forced to replace the Savant system with a more mainstream product. I will update this review as we move along.

Aurthur came out, LISTENED to the back story and lore - and spent a good 20 minutes walking around and diagnosing potential issues. He gave me an estimate for my problem child, which honestly was a bit lower than other (non electrical) contractors had given me for much less work. So yeah - value. It was a puzzle, for sure - but it became _personal_ for him, and he and his team relentlessly solved the paranormal electrical issues- actually opening up probably 3/4t of all the outlets in the house - and got everything working flawlessly. A few times over the 5+ hours he was fixing questionable original construction, he kept me up to date on progress and concerns. He came out same day and gave me a completely reasonable estimate to re-locate a cable outlet and install electricity for my brand new gigantic and amazing flat screen. They came out the very next day and the crew arrived on time. They protected my furniture with drop cloths and plastic. The technicians went up to the attic to re-route the wiring. It must have been a zillion degrees up there, but not a single complaint. Although they had to cut out a small area in the wall for the installation, they patched it up perfectly. They even vacuumed and polished my buffet before leaving!! Arthur set a perfect example of how to exceed customer satisfaction expectations. So many desert companies today are completely flaky. They don't show up, add on extras, and do crappy work, and charge a small fortune. Not Azdea! The work that they did was SO professional - they even made the wiring on the back of the TV look and organized with zip ties. They mounted the cable box to the back of the TV. It looks so freaking amazing!!! Thanks guys for doing a great job. Highly recommended.
