Carlos from Premier Satellite Communications was so great. He called before his appointment to let me know he was coming. He showed up on time and introduced himself, providing his background. He reviewed everything upfront and diagnosed the problem, giving me my options. Then, he looked at my second problem, diagnosed it, and gave me my options. He really knows his stuff and so knowledgeable about tech I'm really impressed with him. As a real estate broker, I am great at diagnosis, so I pretty much knew what I was dealing with. Sure enough, Carlos pinpointed and told me exactly what was causing the problem and what all my options were. He was really fair and honest. I found out how he got started and how long he has been in business. He also does all types of tech, sound systems, TV mounting, etc., along with all his other services. So, I'm going to have him start installing camera systems for my real estate clients as well. I give him 10 stars. He is absolutely a great, down-to-earth, wonderful person who really wants to help people. How refreshing! I have been using Eddie at Premier Satellite Communications for several years now. His latest chore was to get my outside cameras working after they stopped communicating remotely. He figured out that a couple devices were not working anymore. He ordered replacements and all is well. Originally, he programmed a new universal remote that we replaced after my dog destroyed the old one. He was prompt and a good communicator, along with being very friendly. If you are anything like me, you can tell, when the people doing your job, actually know what they are doing. When the PSC Team arrived, they took a look at the job... 1) mount 75" TV in living room & attach sound bar 2) remove living room TV & reinstall it in the Master Bedroom 3) remove Master Bedroom TV & install in guest room 4) remove guest room TV & I'll give it to my daughter. We used PSC to install an 85in TV on the wall. A year later the TV went out and we were able to get a new one on warranty. We were very satisfied with the job they did the first time, so my husband called them again to come out and install the new one. If I could give more stars I would. PSC inc a family run business and the three of these guys couldn't be nicer or more professional. They installed four large screen TVs with sound bars and a floating entertainment center for an unbelievable price. This included running two addition outlets and syncing every thing up to my internet . These boys are polite professional and hustled the entire time they were here. These guys showed up at my home hired by Geek Squad to install a television I bought from Best Buy. I would have thought Best Buy vetted their subcontractors but apparently they go for the lowest bidder and hire them which I heard from someone in corporate after the mishap with Premeir Satellite Communications. So they show up to install the television and they notice I have an RTI remote and tell me that they sell them all the time. I was in the market for a new one after using the current one for five years and bought their line of bs. They bring the new remote- one I learned that top dealers don't sell because they provide way more features than usable especially by my home theater set up. they should have sold me the model a step down but they are greedy and want that extra 20 dollar commission or whatever the difference they receive is. FYI my setup is a tv, bluray player, TW cable box, and receiver. Pretty basic. Oh and sonos. Ok so they sell me the remote and processor and it should have taken an couple hours maximum to set up. They were at my home for 9 hours and left. The equipment was not set up properly. I called RTI headquarters the next day and told them about the experience. They had me download Premeir's work from the remote and the processor and looked over the programming and told me these guys have no effing clue what they are doing. Greattttt! they charged me $600 in programming fees and sucked up an entire day and claimed at the end of it that they do good work. They don't know RTI. They shouldn't be selling it. If I had known they were Dish dealers there is no way in hell I would have hired them. They were in my home when I met them from Best Buy and my guard was down. Now maybe they do all right with Dish...I don't know and don't care. They don't know jack about programming anything else. They'll tell you they do and take your money. Wow I even left them in my home for an hour while I went to lunch. At least I have them on surveillance cameras. Bottom line- They are dishonest people read more

I hired PSC to install a TV mount outside. They had to move electricity to place the mount where I wanted it. They were very professional, didn't take long, and cleaned up after themselves. It's a super clean installation. I don't yet have the TV but Carlos said he'd come back at no charge to mount the TV on the stand. I own rental properties. I will call Carlos the next time my STR renters screw up the TV remotes! They do it all when it comes to electronics. I definitely recommend Premier Satellite Communications. read more

Eddie, Darwin & Carlos were all so polite and extremely professional. I was impressed with them right away when they showed up both days 25min early. They got down to business and brought a host of tools most Men would drool over. They only carry and install the best quality products and worked with my budget. They moved and protected furniture /area rug. They mounted my TV and created a wonderful surround sound with mounted speakers. Then they continued and helped me create a fantastic entertainment surround sound system for my outdoor patios. I was even more impressed when they found dated cables from previous cable company and asked if they could replace them at no extra charge to make cables aesthetically pleasing to the eye. These guys really wowed me when they covered and concealed all cables leaving absolutely no visual damage to walls. They cleaned up after themselves and moved furniture/rug back. Best of all, they answered all my questions and showed me how to navigate my new system. They even helped me with subscription and downloaded the desired apps to my iPad & IPhone to make it easier on this older technology challenged customer. Also worth mentioning... Carlos noticed I had a situation in my attic that needed immediate attention. Very grateful to these hardworking guys. Eddie and his brother were polite, professional, knowledgable...and clean! They not only completed my project quickly, they fixed things that a "cable company" really messed up. They saw that my TV was not centered on the wall....what did they do... re-positioned it, straightened it, secured it, and when they were finished, the used their "shop vac" to clean up.
