Horrible. ! Wanted to add two additional lines to my service and was told I had to have my phones…read moreshipped and signed for unfortunately no one would be home to sign for them . I was told they could not override it and I would have no other option but to have them shipped ! Mind you the phones were available at that store ! I'm so mad and honestly am driving to another carrier as I type this ! Any other carrier would love to receive my business with 3 lines. The kicker was they had a corporate visit with higher ups there and they still couldn't do anything. I would like to mention my account is current , active and I have been a customer for over three years. This is beyond crazy ! This is definitely a sign to go somewhere else where they have better customer service. The fact they would lose a customer is wild just because they could not override the system. Remember there is always someone above the next person, all this tells me is they were lazy and had no problem losing a customer.

So, they charged me for an entire month (without me knowing). In the meantime, my debit card was compromised, I didn't think to change it with Direct Tv (as I cancelled services) and 4 months later I get an email about collections notification? For $66? After being a customer for 15 years? STAY AWAY

(About 20 ft) I asked if a service person would reconnect as I was worried that wind would disconnect. Said they would need to charge but would waive fee if I pd for a monthly protection plan. ($11/mo.) I told them it was fastened by them and they should be responsible to fix it, as I had originally pd for the installment. Kept saying, "SORRY." On principle, I'll pay for a handyman to do it. So much for paying them $225 a month already.
