We easily found it and parked on Bartlett to avoid the Pine Knot parking fun. The owner was 'Johnny on the spot' selling us a can for $12. (Mountain Prices, we're used to it) He was kind and professional, but my favorite part of our visit was his housekeeper. She is about 36 inches tall, a hard worker and pretty proficient with a wet swiffer. She's greeted us back and told us she helps her grandpa "...because he's old". What a cutie! :) Btw, canned air worked like a charm and we are back in business! Thanks NetworkIT

These guys did FIRST CLASS work, let me tell you. I'm picky. I mean let's be honest, it's my home…read moreand I want it done right (like anyone) and I wanted it to look factory like it came with the home. I hired Shannon and Elden to install 5 speakercraft speakers in the ceiling. These are specialty speakers only available through certified dealers. There are a lot of knockoffs, these speakers come with a lifetime warranty as long as they're bought through their dealer network. Shannon being a dealer got me the exact speakers I was looking for, and offered instalation. I'm not familiar with installing speakers in the ceiling. I was about to hire a guy who said he tears up the drywall and patches it but doesn't paint it. No matter what, if you tear up the drywall, patch it and paint it. It's never going to look original. I spoke to Shannon, got me a fair price for the speakers and labor. As you can see from the pictures, he installed the speakers (without tearing up my drywall) and it looks factory original. 5 stars all the way. Calling him back for my patio speakers next.

We highly recommend Pure HD. A job well done.

I kid you not it was a 1 minute interaction. I was not gonna let my NFL Sunday ticket go that easily. I called satellite pros and spoke with Orlando. I told him about my experience and he educated me on not being able to have a line of sight for signal, he asked me some questions about the way my patio is facing and I gave him full detail to the best of my ability. He said that he would have no problem sending a tech out to give me a second opinion. The tech came the following day he was very detailed and said it was a 50/50 chance but he was willing to try, 40 minutes later the dish was installed and aimed at the satellites (apparently there's more then one) he showed me the device he used to aim it and there was all checks which he stated was a good thing the whole job took about a hour and my experience with the tech was great he covered everything and now I'm an extremely happy camper :) Orlando called after the install to follow up, which was a nice touch and shows that he cares and his customer service is outstanding!!! Thank you so much Orlando for being patient with me, taking the chance on the install, being very informative and welcoming me to Directv with a great experience.
