    Just added new cel phone and had to go back there few more times just to start new phone…read more I wish I can find other providers but unfortunately have no choice where I live I didn't receive any messages I thought it was set by them but it wasn't so I had to call and fix to make it receive messages after over month!!! I Don't like Spectrum their WiFi Service is always shuts of and stops with some reasons too many times I definitely will chage to others if I ever had other choices they are the worst I ever had

I was told they could not override it and I would have no other option but to have them shipped ! Mind you the phones were available at that store ! I'm so mad and honestly am driving to another carrier as I type this ! Any other carrier would love to receive my business with 3 lines. The kicker was they had a corporate visit with higher ups there and they still couldn't do anything. I would like to mention my account is current , active and I have been a customer for over three years. This is beyond crazy ! This is definitely a sign to go somewhere else where they have better customer service. The fact they would lose a customer is wild just because they could not override the system. Remember there is always someone above the next person, all this tells me is they were lazy and had no problem losing a customer.

    I went in one evening after being on phone with AT&T. They told me to go into a store and get…read moreverified. I went into the store on Trautwein Rd in this store manager asked me if you could help me and I said I was there to bring my phone and my number in and get it account with it with AT&T. He asked me if I wanted an insurance on my phone. he asked me what plan I wanted. I told him he tried to sell me on another plan. I told him I was only there to get verified and he kept me there for two hours before I was done, he had my phone in his hand was all my banking information on it because he was asking me for my banking and routing information and instead of me reading out to him, he took my phone for me and he went in the back room with my phone opened on that page probably wrote down all my information because when it was all said and done, the store manager added a second line on my phone for an iPhone 11 with the number starting at 951 mind you my phone is an iPhone 15 Pro Max and my number is a 714 number he had also added a streaming service with DIRECTV and insurance when I found this out by reading the emails that I received once I left a store and realize that he had tried to defraud me by adding a second line who knows who it belonged to, and adding all these extra things on my account which instead of my bill being $70 it turned out that it was gonna be $186 a month the guys are dirty scumbag and I think his name was Mario or Maurice or something. He's the store manager at that location buyers beware make sure that he's not ripping you off like you tried to do to me. This guy should be ashamed of himself. Shouldn't be doing business at any store individual that he is.
