Made some great suggestions and had a variety of sample high quality lights. He left and I revived a quote shortly after. We agreed and set up an installation date and time. Sam arrived with a crew of three and got busy. Installation was complete and everything looked great. He even installed a spot light next to my pool equipment, which was a great idea. Prices were good, service was excellent! I recommend Sam and his team for all your outdoor lighting needs! Note: I have some great photos, but they are not loading.

It hadn't been cleaned in 20-30 years and was looking very dull, but is sparkling now. Alex was friendly, communicative, and very informative throughout the entire process, and his pricing was clear and straightforward. He was also extremely careful with our home. We have a piano directly underneath the chandelier and he took the time to cover and protect everything before starting, which we really appreciated. The chandelier looks amazing now. Alex even helped replace some bulbs afterward since it's too high for us to reach. That help alone was huge. Great service and great results!

Our friends recommended Orange County Night Lights and we could not be happier with our decision…read more Matt, the owner, was amazing from start to finish. My wife and I communicated with Matt for a few days before deciding on the final project. We sent Matt photos of the front of our home and he sent us a mock up of what he recommended for our outdoor light installation. We went with his recommendation and were so pleased with the experience and the end result. Matt came out to our home the following week and completed the installation in one day. We decided to work with Matt because he is an artist. Matt is not simply a landscaper or electrician, he is a designer skilled in the utilization of lighting to elevate the curb appeal of a home. Matt is a professional that takes pride in his craft and is simply the best. Beyond that, he is kind and genuinely wonderful to work with. It has been a few weeks and my wife and I continue to be in awe every time we pull up to our home. We can't wait to work with him on future projects and recommend OC Night Lights to anyone looking for the best design & installation team for landscape lighting!

Only issue with the company is I sent in 1 request with 2 repairs including pictures. The quote was pretty high for (1) connecting a hall LED light that was already purchased and (2) changing a motion detection light switch to a normal flip switch (which I did not have the parts for). When the technician arrived, he informed me that the quoted price $350 was for only one of the items. He wasn't aware of the additional repair and would normally have to charge me $175 but would give me a discount and only charge $125. So a total of $475 for less than an hours work. I'm buying a new home that needs a new breaker box, canned lights and additional plugs installed. I can't give them that work because I can't imagine what charges/up-charges I'd be looking at! Yikes!

Had a great experience working with Warren Building and Development. Casey was professional,…read moreresponsive and always went above and beyond the entire time he worked at our home. The entire scope of the job included replacing 3 old Pushmatic ungrounded subpanels from the 60s with brand new grounded subpanels from Siemens, installing a Tesla Universal EV Charger and installing 4 RING Flood Lights around the property. Right from the beginning, Casey was the first to drop by the home to provide a detailed quote and spend 30min on the phone with me to detail the full scope of the job. The three other experienced, larger companies either quoted quickly dropping by the property with no phone call or simply quoted without dropping by. Although Warren Building and Development had limited reviews on Yelp, we decided to lean in and give them a chance. Although the job ended up taking a couple days longer than we were anticipating, Casey always did a great job keeping us up to date on the work. He was proactive when they would run into issues and we would work together to find solutions which made sense from a cost and timing standpoint. Also, most importantly Casey would be transparent and honest on issues he'd run into which he'd need to ask for outside help and was impressed with his network to quickly resolve these bottlenecks. This is necessary with older homes as you never know what you are going to end up running into. All of the electrical in the home is old, but Casey went above the job's expectations to help us identify all the outlets / switches around the home and provided great feedback for all things electrical we can improve over time. Lastly, the final inspection with the city went smooth and you can tell all the effort Casey put in to understand the inspector's expectations. He had been chatting with the inspector before the job started, throughout the work and at the end to ensure everything would be up to code. In summary, I'm planning to use Warren Building and Development for future jobs on the property and would highly recommend them to other homeowners on Yelp.

He also gave me good recommendations on the type of canless LED lights and smart switches which was an awesome choice to replace my outdated recessed canned lights. The night mode on the new lights gave the rooms a nice ambiance and gave it an elegant look which can set a vibe (cue Marvin Gaye song lol). Casey is very responsive from the initial quote request until project completion. His honesty in explaining some obstacles that he found in my house that needed to be addressed for a proper & safe installation was a plus. He also fixed some outlets that were not working properly. His price is very competitive compared to other quotes I received. Casey will be my go-to contractor for my next electrical project.
