Sam is awesome to work with. Super professional and has a solid crew that comes with him to jobs. I had a recessed light on my stairs go bad. Sam took out the fixture and it was completely flooded with water. He noticed that the previous contractor sealed the fixture upside down. Instead of water being able to drain from the bottom, the previous contractor sealed the bottom and created a cup that accumulated water. Overtime, the fixture filled up with water and ended up corroding the LED lights and fixture. Sam checked the other 3 fixtures and found the same error. We ordered new sockets and LED lights and Sam & his team resealed, rewired, and replaced all the broken fixtures. Now everything works perfectly. Highly recommend his services! read more
