I was contacted right away.. we met at our home a few days later. The appointment lasted 30 minutes and they planned out 4 rooms with recessed lights and 3 TV installations (with electrical boxes behind) along with mounting. The estimate came only a few hours later.. It was easy to read and very fair.. no Nickle or diming. They set a time for the following week, showed up on-time with 3 vans and a lot of crew. The entire project was done by 4pm that day.. It was absolutely incredible to see them work. What professionals.. left everything spotless.. not a bit of dust left behind. Incredible value for what they offered. Also my wife loved that they simply let you pick from any dimmer or light they had... they didn't focus on the price (it's all same, choose what you like they told her) because of course.. why focus on $5 difference in cost when you want the client to be thrilled with what they select. 5 Stars++++

Instead of selling me a much bigger job, they explained I could simply use LED bulbs that plug into the existing CFL sockets. What could've easily turned into a several hundred dollar bill ended up being around $100. Trash Dumping: After they replaced my electrical panel they filled all my trash cans with the trash, including my recycling bin - with construction trash that would get rejected. I had to pull all of it out when I found it several days later and make them come back and get it 2. Communication / Coordination: After the panel replacement there was coordination required to get inspections and stucco done. I had to hound them, they were not responsive, dragged their feet. Every time you call you get a different person and they put a buffer between you and the project manager so you cant ever reach your project manager directly. 3. Work Quality: We had to run a new ground wire and install new ground rods. They did the bare minimum to make them code compliant, leaving me with sketchy metal spears sticking 5 inches out of the ground. I told them this did not work for us because we have young kids running around. I needed the GEC run below grade and the ground rods inside valve boxes. All of this was approved by the inspector. The way they moaned and groaned... They stopped returning my calls and sent me a $2000 f-off quote to change the ground wire. I have sketchy rods sticking out of my yard, open stucco around the panel, they dont take my calls and I have to hire someone else to come finish the job. Honestly up there with one of my worst experiences with a contractor.

I first used Eric to put in a 220 EV charger. He obviously knew the work, was on time, knowledgeable, and did a great job. Then I had a weird partial power failure on a Sunday when it was unbearably hot out and the failure killed our air conditioning. I texted Eric on a Sunday morning. He called me back right away but could not come out. He did however walk me through the analysis of the problem with me sending him photos of my electric panels. He had me try a few fixes and the last one worked. My power was restored and my air conditioning worked again. I was so thankful for his help and "can do" attitude. Definitely 5 stars. Eric ventured to the far reaches of the Coachella Valley in South La Quinta to install our Emporia L2 charger and was fast, well thought out, and exceptionally knowledgeable. There is a ton of conflicting information online about the optimal way to wire the connector into the Tesla Gateway to get the full benefit and features of the other ecosystem products. I am so glad I trusted his expertise instead of Reddit threads. He knew exactly what to do, and the install was quick, clean, and incredibly professional. The charger works flawlessly with the rest of my Tesla setup and hits the max 48 amps allowed by the car without a single hiccup. It's totally reliable. A simple placement of a gang box to account for drywall was the issue. When I contacted him about the issue, rather than offer to come back to address the multiple issues, he just told me how I could fix the problem myself and said he was trying to make he happy about the work. What would have made me happy is if he would have taken accountability of the problem and came back to address them -- not telling me how to correct the mistake he made.
