Nick was a pleasure to work with. You can tell he takes prides in his business. Very reasonably priced and professional work. Got a Tesla charger installed. I will be using him again in the near future for another project.

Level 2 EV charger

Nick was very professional and did an outstanding job installing my level 2 charger. Great communication and the work was done faster than expected!

I had to drop it one star further. The contractor has now become argumentative. Like the old sayings go, you're only as good as your last sale, or, you don't get a second chance at a first impression. While the installed panel is functioning as it should, the aftermath of this entire experience has left a very sour taste. We hired All Starz to replace our electrical panel. The new panel appears to be working fine so far, but the cleanup afterward was very disappointing. Wire, metal punch cutouts, pieces of conduit, broken stucco, and the old panel were left behind. Some, not all of the debris was placed in a cardboard box and left on the side of the house. The box was very heavy and left on the ground. After it rained the next day, the box fell apart and debris ended up scattered. I left town the day after the install and never noticed the box sitting there with all the debris and my wife only noticed it a couple weeks later, when she went to the side of the house to check on a passion fruit plant after all the heavy rain. Part of the plant was crushed and after checking our security cameras, I noticed during the electrical panel install, the electricians were putting tools and equipment on top of the plant, which damaged a portion of it. When I called to ask about removal of the debris they left behind, they offered to come back and take the items away for an additional $50. He even admitted that he would need to bring his truck to remove all the debris because it wouldn't all fit in his van. Over the years, we have had a water heater replaced, purchased new mattresses, even had some windows replaced, and every single company removed the old debris and cleaned up after themselves. For a professional electrical job of this size, basic cleanup and debris removal should be standard. This lack of pride in workmanship and basic courtesy was disappointing and makes me worry about the new install now too. -----update----- In response to the company's response....as I said, the electrical work itself is not the issue. The issue is how the job was left and the subsequent argumentative nature. All of the debris was left behind and my wife spent some time picking wire pieces and metal punch outs from the ground. Some cough debris was placed in a cardboard box that was left outdoors. I have been out of town since the panel was installed and the heavy box disintegrated in the rain and debris was scattered. I contacted the company and was told removal would cost an additional $50. I replied that the cleanup should have been part of the job but did not receive a response at all until I posted a review on yelp, at which point removal was offered in exchange if the review was deleted. This feels a little like review manipulation and makes me uncomfortable. The last communication we received from them via text was a "HA HA" laughing comment, which speaks volumes to professional character. It's such a disappointment when such a small thing as cleaning up properly could have made all the difference in the world. The continued argument and laughing response was unprofessional.

Nick installed an electric vehicle charger and a Sauna heater (Huum Drop) with another outlet for the led lights. He did a thorough job, working efficiently and being flexible when I had a delay in getting the heater. I highly recommend All Starz Electrical for your electrical needs, particularly sauna heaters.

Nick upgraded my electric panel from 100A to 200A, and added an EV charge plug in the garage. Everything went super smoothly and quickly.

This is a 3 to 4 star review for the Best Western Plus Marina Shores in Dana Point, California. The…read morehotel itself is older and on a busy road. We went here as locals during some very hot summer nights when we needed air-conditioning! In terms of location, yes, it is on a busy road, but it is also within easy walking distance to a lot of Dana Point's main attractions, including the Harbor, Del Prado Street, and a lot of restaurants and coffee shops. Comfort-wise the bed was very comfortable and the room was as clean as it could be for an older model hotel. The bathtubs still have twist knibe on the wall for Jacuzzi tub settings, the carpet is older, and the toiletry products are nothing special. Service was excellent with very polite and very efficient Front Desk staff! There is parking attached behind the hotel although spaces are limited and it does cost a per night fee. There is a fairly ample breakfast bar with a waffle station, and they even had gluten-free options, which was impressive. Overall, especially for a staycation or trying not to spend luxury resort prices in a very popular area, we enjoyed our stay as it served our purposes, and we will keep it in mind for the future.

This time, my family took a trip to Dana Point over the 4th of July holiday weekend…read more I heard that one of my brothers had booked our hotel in advance, and this was the place we stayed. He reserved a suite, so it had a separate living room and a very spacious bedroom. The bathroom also featured a whirlpool bathtub. Lately, I've been completely hooked on the FIFA World Cup, so as soon as we arrived on Friday, July 3rd, I had a great time watching the Argentina vs. Cabo Verde match. The suite had two TVs--one in the living room and another in the bedroom--which made it very convenient and comfortable to watch the game. Breakfast was included with our stay, so we enjoyed breakfast every morning on the first floor during our two-night stay. The breakfast selection was quite good, including waffles, bagels, donuts, sliced bread, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, yogurt, and a variety of coffee options such as mocha, latte, espresso, regular coffee, and decaf coffee. While we were having breakfast, I noticed there wasn't any cream cheese for the bagels. I asked one of the staff members who was restocking the breakfast items, and both the male and female staff members were incredibly friendly and quickly brought some out for us. We really appreciated their excellent service, and my mom left them a tip afterward. Those were the highlights of our stay, but there were also a few things that could have been better. First, as soon as we checked into our room, there was a strange smell inside. Because of that, we kept the balcony door and the windows open most of the time to air the room out. Second, after checking in on July 3rd, we naturally expected our room to be cleaned the following day. Before leaving in the morning to enjoy the recreational activities around Dana Point, my mom even left a $10 tip in the room for housekeeping. However, when we returned that afternoon, the room hadn't been cleaned at all. My brother called the front desk, and they told us there was no housekeeping service on the 4th of July because it was a holiday. We've stayed at many hotels while traveling over holiday weekends, but this was the first time we'd ever been told that there was no housekeeping because it was Independence Day. Later that afternoon, before heading out again to ride the local trolley, I asked another front desk employee about the housekeeping service. Instead of saying there was no housekeeping because of the holiday, the employee asked for our room number and then asked whether we had requested housekeeping that morning. I explained that we hadn't requested it in the morning but had called about an hour earlier, and the room still hadn't been serviced. The employee told us they could at least replace our towels, so we thanked them. As a result, we ended up sleeping for two nights on the same bed without the sheets ever being changed. Another issue I noticed was that the bathroom exhaust fan vent was extremely dirty. Most guests probably wouldn't notice it unless they looked closely, but it stood out to me right away. I felt it was worth mentioning. Those were the two main disappointments during our stay. On the positive side, the hotel's location was absolutely fantastic. Dana Point Harbor Beach was only about a five-minute walk away, making it incredibly easy to get to the beach. Directly across the street, there were plenty of restaurants and shops, including Starbucks, McDonald's, pizza places, Thai restaurants, and many other dining options. The location truly couldn't have been better. I later heard that my brother had considered booking a Marriott or another hotel, but he ultimately chose this one because it offered a spacious suite and was the closest hotel to the beach. Last year in May, we stayed at Murrieta Hot Springs. Although it was quite expensive at around $1,000 per night, the hotel was exceptionally clean, housekeeping was provided even during the holiday, and both the views and overall atmosphere were outstanding. This hotel's location was truly excellent, but I do wish the housekeeping and overall cleanliness had been better. That said, every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming, which definitely left us with a positive impression. cf) Parking is $25 per night at this hotel.
