I had an appointment on Friday, July 17, 2026 to get an estimate AND also to install a new ceiling fan. The company knew I did not have an existing ceiling fan and this would be a new install and I had the fan and wanted it installed the day of the appointment. The installer arrived 15 minutes earlier than my 2 hour window appointment so that was good news and he text me to let me know. The installer gave me the estimate then told me he was unable to install the ceiling fan today because it would take 2 hours and he didn't have time to spare to install it!!! Well my appointment was to install the fan and he arrived at 12:45pm when my appointment window was scheduled for 1pm to 3pm. I waited over a week for this appointment and took off work only to be told if I want the fan installed I would have to schedule another appointment next week!!!! Really disappointed in this company for wasting all my time !!!! Now I need to schedule another company to come to my home to do the job they were scheduled to do. read more

I called Mike to have three (3) ceiling fan insulations for my home, but it addition, Tristynn was able to fix an electrical problem with my air conditioner, find and correct improper wiring issues with my fuse box which the house construction electricians had sloppily overlooked, and explain the background of each issue in a manner which was clear and easy to understand. Since Tristynn was doing such a great job, I got him to install a wall charger for my EV, on the same day, at a competitive price. Furthermore, Tristynn took extra time from his busy schedule to run to The Home Depot to obtain some electrical parts that he needed to execute a proper finish to the job. Truly can't say enough good things about O'Hagan Electric. We had an electrical fire in our garage last year and they came to the rescue within an hour knowing the urgency of our situation. The fire department advised us to wait until an electrician came to check the outlets before turning the electricity back on. Not only was our house going to be out of electricity until someone could come, but I was really scared about another potential electric fire if we turned the electricity back on without a proper inspection from a licensed electrician. I contacted a couple of other places and none of them cared about the urgency nor were they willing to accommodate the urgency except for O'Hagan Electric. They sent out a seasoned electrician who not only did a very thorough inspection but gave me a lot of reassurance by explaining his thought process in making the recommendations that he did. It is so rare, but I appreciated the whole process: from asking for an estimate, booking a time for the job, the texts to let you know they are on their way, and the job done. I am truly impressed with their professionalism throughout! Mike was the one to help us on several projects, which took multiple trips. We really appreciated his insight, expertise, and professionalism. He gave us accurate quotes (not just in cost, but in time and amount of holes in the drywall). From the time he provided the quote, he could answer any questions. He gave us a few options for the jobs stating any concerns he might have about any of the options. I like that there is some standard pricing on the website for some of the common jobs, but Mike was able to tell us if something would cost more (and explain to us why it would cost more). This company did everything as promised. I'm always a little skeptical when I see a solid 5 star Yelp rating. But from messaging the business to completion of my project, you couldn't ask for a better experience. This company is big on communication. I received SMS and email appointment confirmations. There was a double booking issue and was contacted days in advance prior to discuss appointment options. I was also kept in the loop the day before, and the day of by the driver assigned to my project. If that wasn't enough, I was informed when the driver was on his way AND received a real time GPS map tracker to inform me he was in fact on his way. Tristynn was my assigned electrician. We discussed a few options since I had some rusting BX cable and the 20 year metal boxes were showing early signs of corrosion. They weren't in horrible shape, but would most likely need to be addressed 5 years from now. All I needed was a GFI outlet in place of an old unused power switch for a stair lift. Rather than just swap out the switch, Tristynn also replaced the old Romex with what looked like 12 gauge conductor NM cable for the GFI box. All the old switch and main box covers were swapped out for outdoor rated foam insulated covers. If that weren't enough, he also installed an expandable TayMac outlet cover! Tristynn was very professional and pleasant to work with. I felt the price of the project was reasonable and done within a timely manner. This company will definitely be my new go to for all electrical needs. read more
