While Johnny is more of a classic "contact by phone guy" that I'm becoming along with many friends, Chris was exceptionally friendly, effective, and to the point about proper parts to get. Michael is efficient as well, but I cannot resist talking lobster fishing with Chris. We're undergoing a one year renovation and I'm disabled but serving as general contractor and do source the wrong parts now and then. This team has replaced another company we've used for decades. I wish I could give an N/A or something instead of a star rating - the people who came to the house were on time, very friendly, and seemed to know what they were talking about, however because the lights that needed repair (or maybe replace) were an unusual type, they said they'd have to call the boss. They did, and I was told he was going to do some research and get back to me. That's the end of the story. That was three weeks ago, he never called back, never heard from them again, and the lights are still out. I should say that in their defense, I have bad luck with electricians.
