I thought I put in the wrong address into my gps. I'm visiting So Cal and have a rental a Tesla. Look for Ranch 99 and drive towards the right of the market. We just need to charge up a bit before returning it. It was full on a Sunday at 7pm. We just pulled over and waited. In about 15 minutes, one car left. It's a supercharging station so maybe that explains it? There are so many Teslas in these parts that you'd think they would set up more spots. Charged up to 80% and we left.

***Supercharger at 99Ranch*** Always a line. 80% max charge in 15 min. Come after 9pm. Before 9pm is always a wait. This station is has the max volt's which is why always a wait. Bring snacks and patiently wait. In conclusion, range anxiety sucks. Just stick with gas.

Wait line 12/10/20. One stall broken

Had to make a pit stop for an E charge before heading back home. It's located in a small Asian plaza that includes a 99 ranch and other Chinese eateries. It's located in the back corner, right by the freeway (you can see the cars speeding by on the highway). 7/8 slots are available for charge. This just opened and one is already broken. For the amount of traffic that comes to this plaza, 8 spots definitely isn't sufficient. Also, since it is a plaza for foodies and Asian shoppers, it's highly unlikely people will only be charge for 30mins. Easy build up on a wait line. A couple pluses: 250kw v3 supercharger, well lit.

This is what EV charging should look like…read more As a Tesla owner, I've charged at a lot of stations over the years, and Rove is by far one of the nicest charging facilities I've been to. The first thing that stood out was the size of the station. There are 40 DC fast chargers, including 27 Tesla chargers, so finding an available charger wasn't an issue. The entire facility feels modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed with large solar canopies providing shade over the charging stalls. What really separates Rove from a typical charging stop is everything else they offer. There's a ReCharge by Gelson's market with snacks, drinks, and fresh food, a comfortable lounge with free Wi-Fi, clean restrooms, a car wash, complimentary vacuums, and even a water bottle filling station. It feels more like a premium travel stop than a charging station. I especially appreciated the little details. The property was spotless, there was security on site, and the complimentary vacuums were a nice touch. The facility feels safe, well-maintained, and welcoming whether you're stopping for 15 minutes or a longer charge. The location is also convenient right off the 5 Freeway, making it an easy stop while traveling through Orange County. As EV adoption continues to grow, this is exactly the type of charging experience I'd like to see more of. Plenty of chargers, great amenities, clean facilities, and a comfortable place to spend your charging time. If you're an EV owner and haven't checked out Rove yet, it's worth the stop.

With about 40 fast chargers there's plenty of charging for all types of EVs. 28 Tesla chargers, 12 CCS with NACS connection plus 2 CHAdeMo connections allow cars from Tesla to nearly all makes of EVs to charge quickly. There is free WiFi, restrooms, quick grab and go bites and even a drive thru car wash with vacuums. Just off the 17th Street exit of the I-5 freeway, this location is easy on and off on your commute.
