Ive seen ALL sorts of charging situations as they've developed over the years. Rove stations are head and shoulders above all that I've seen anywhere. I've often wished for them on my trips. Covered, safe (cameras and security), a great store with healthy options (and not so healthy if you want, too), staff walking around to help, CLEAN, people who remember your name, work lounge, WiFi, bathrooms, handicap spot with people to assist your charging, free vacuum, windshield cleaning stations, trash cans, a fast car wash that isn't restricted in car size, a place for my dog to walk, great charging prices, water bottle fill up, easy access from road and to highway. That's likely not even a complete list. I wish there were more of them! Truly the bar that all charging stations should be aiming for.

Before Reuben came, I contacted several electricians. Some gave me extremely high quotes, while others only offered an hourly rate without any maximum limit. I couldn't accept letting someone work indefinitely and charge me hour by hour without knowing the total cost. When I finally got in touch with Reuben , he also quoted me an hourly rate. I was honestly worried he might do the same thing--keep charging me endlessly by the hour. However, he explained that their services usually take about two to three hours. Because I saw his high rating on Yelp, I decided to trust him and asked him to come to my home to fix the issue. Thank God, he truly resolved all my problems. Within three hours, he neatly organized all the messy wiring left by the previous workers and got all my lights working again. I'm very grateful to him. A very calm and quieter outlet in the most southern part of the O.C. It's an outdoor outlet, with…read moreabout 100 or so shops. It's a great place to take a nice walk, while doing your shopping. Of all the stores I visited, the customer service was very chill or beachy, where no one really bothers you or try to sell you anything. Visitors and shops all seem pretty friendly. There's multiple parking lots in the area. You can also take the trolly to the outlets, if you're traveling by train. Only takes about 25 minutes if it's not too busy, or a full trolley ride. I didn't see much food choices here. but a few coffee shops. There's a noodle place that I saw that looked interesting. Maybe at my next visit.

Clark gave me a really great price to come jump start and charge my cars battery. Unfortunately I was in an accident a few months ago and my car was not reassembled correctly when I had the body work done on it and the front latch did not release the fronk. 2019 is a very difficult car to jump start. Clark went above and beyond to try and find another solution, but due to the body shops poor assembly the latch didn't budge. Had my latch worked how it was meant to work this would have been such an awesome solution. Now I know if I'm ever out of town and the heat is kicking on my battery too much to the point were my car is about to die, I can call this team to charge it up for me. All I have to do is unlock the port on my app and they'll plug and charge. Clark arrived super quick and that is that mine was non urgent since my battery died at my home. Keep up the amazing work and I will definitely call again if I ever run into this problem again.
