Overall excellent service! The technician named Roman came out and he was awesome . He showed up on time, knew what questions to ask, and immediately identified the problems . He clearly explained that there wasn't a problem with the main breaker and was able to point out what needed to be fixed with the wiring at the outlets . He even pointed out other issues that weren't addressed by previous electricians and didn't pressure to sell more services. Would definitely recommend to others! read more

Roman, the electrician, was here. He was very friendly and knowledgable. He checked things out and said all we needed to replace was one outlet (instead of three) for a very competitive price. I also asked him to install a new light switch that was needing to be replaced. He did it for free! I will definitely call again for any future needs. read more

I had to get a new dishwasher installed but my outlet was not up to code. I needed a GFCI outlet. Roman from Benitex was very prompt and informative. He gave me 2 options: change outlet to GFCI or change the breaker for dishwasher to a GFCI breaker. He was not pushy about either decision but informed me of pros and cons. We ended up choosing the GFCI breaker option for ease of use and would not have to go under the sink to reset if anything happened. Roman was great with communication and prompt with his work. I'm very pleased with the work he completed. Highly recommended read more

We were having problems charging our EV so BeniteX Electric came out and looked at our EV charging outlet and the installation by a previous Yelp recommendation Electrician did it wrong. He put in a circuit breaker and a clothes dryer plug instead of an EV. He also did not informs us that we need to apply for a permit. Alex was so helpful. He explained the problem to us, fixed the circuit breaker and replaced the previous plug with the EV rated plug. They also helped us get the permit from the city for a fee. All in all, the service was seamless, easy and professional. We're going to use this company for our future electrical needs. Highly recommended. read more

BeniteX is a full service electrical contractor. They just complete a 400 amp main service upgrade with a 200 amp sub panel to my home. Roman, Alex, and his team did an exceptional job on my install. They coordinated every aspect of the job including securing authorization from SCE to acquiring the permits from the County of Orange, patching and repairing the stucco including painting and sealing around the panel. They communicated throughout the entire project keeping me well informed of progress with Edison and the County. As for the actual installation, everything went extremely well. I am very pleased with completed project. Very professional! Working with Roman was a pleasure. He is very experienced and knowledgeable of what was necessary to install the service. He and Alex were always responsive to my several questions and never said they couldn't do something when asked. I won't hesitate to use them again when electrical needs arise. Roman is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely do business with them again.

We had them install our EV charger after the prior install started to have problems. BeniteX was on time and made everything to code, which the first company did not do. They pulled the permit and met with the inspector. We passed without issue. A great team and they did great work - they will be our go to from now on. read more

I cannot recommend BeniteX Electric enough! I've officially dubbed him the "Electrician Wizard," and after today's visit, I'm sticking by it. He came over to tackle a complicated issue with our bathroom light switches that had us stumped (it was easy for him!). When we realized we didn't have the correct parts on hand, he didn't skip a beat - he drove to Home Depot himself to grab exactly what was needed to get the job done right. Beyond the technical skill, he was: * Incredibly Professional: He was clean and very respectful of our home while working. * Educational: He took the time to share his professional knowledge, educating us on our home's electrical system and what our current capabilities are before we'd ever need to consider a panel upgrade. * Thorough: In addition to fixing the immediate problem perfectly, he provided quotes for a few other projects we have in mind. It is rare to find someone who combines top-tier expertise with such a kind, helpful attitude. We are so impressed and can't wait to have him back out for more work in the future! read more

Benitex did an excellent job upgrading my panel and installing a hardwired EV charger on my garage. I reached out to several companies to get quotes and learn what the job would entail. Benitex had competitive rates and I appreciated the time taken to answer all my questions. Roman and his crew arrived on time and were very thorough with what the job would entail and what I should expect. Once I gave Benitex the go-ahead, the process was quick and efficient. Now, I have a solar-ready panel and my EV charger is working wonderfully. I was especially impressed that this company takes the time to repair and color-match stucco that has been removed for the panel replacement. I would happily recommend this company to family and friends. Thanks to the entire team at Benitex for your hard work! read more

I went with this business because their quote for replacing a light switch was much lower than the competing offers and they have great reviews. NOT RECOMMENDED.......... I had got an estimate from them 45 days ago. I called them to schedule the $4230.00 estimate for replacing my electric panel. Roman came back to my house the next day to look at the project again, than he started given me the BS that it will cost an additional $500+ dollars because the estimate was only good for 30 days. I told him NO I will not agree to the extra cost. Than with an attitude he said OK good luck, and he left. This is not the way to do business. I understand everything is getting expensive, a small percentage is acceptable but going up by 12% in 15 days is a rip off (the estimate was good for 30 days, I called in 45 days). I hired another local licensed/insured company the same day for less than his original price. DO NOT LET THEM RIP YOU OFF........................ read more

We had BeniteX Electric do an electrical panel upgrade, run 240V to my garage, install an EV charger and run a new outlet to our outdoor TV. From start to finish, Roman and Madina were extremely thorough and meticulous. They were in constant contact with us as to when they would be coming to work on the house and always showed up ON TIME. The work was done with great care and we could not be happier with the results. We can't wait to work with them on our future electrical project. Thanks BeniteX! read more

BeniteX responded immediately and sent an electrician within a couple of hours. Electrician, Roman, was friendly, knowledgeable and provided a quote within minutes. I have no idea if the quote was high or low, but seemed reasonable due to the problem and upcoming repair. And, though not having all necessary components to fully repair our Tesla charger, he made trips to Home Depot 2X and did not charge extra (which I anticipated). We were visited by one of my neighbors who gave Roman a "thumbs up" for work he had done weeks prior. The work, plus a 2-year guarantee of work, was worth the price in my mind! Thanks Roman and BeniteX Electric! read more

Helped a family member search for handymen on Yelp by using the search tool...ended up getting one too many responses so felt bad we couldn't use all of them... Anyway, said family member needed a simple side fence replaced at one of the rental homes. We contacted Roman and he was pretty quick to respond. He was pretty helpful when it came to assessing the damaged fence and recommending a replacement fence that would be economical and durable (given that its being rented out). After going back and forth on some details, first stop was Home Depot for some supplies (he provided us with receipts so no shady business here). We set a date and he got to work~fence was completed in one day and results were pretty good! He seems to be a one man band, but overall we're pleased with his service. Would recommend if you need a handyman for random gigs around the house. read more

I had Benitex Electrical come out to install an EV charger in my garage. Communication is great, price is fair, Roman came out to do the install and he was very nice and knowledgeable and on time. The work was done thoughtfully after inspecting the area and made a recommendation on placement and ensuring my charger would work with the placement. A hole was initially cut in the wall in a spot where a service pipe is but Roman patched it up perfectly, no issue with it. The install was very clean, Roman vacuumed, cleaned and labeled everything before leaving. I didn't have to clean up anything after he was done. I recently had my EV charger installed by Roman, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience from start to finish. Roman was incredibly professional, efficient, and courteous throughout the process. He was able to schedule a same-day appointment, which was an amazing surprise and truly convenient. From the moment he arrived, Roman demonstrated a high level of expertise and attention to detail. He assessed the installation site carefully, explained every step of the process clearly, and ensured that everything met safety and performance standards. The installation itself was fast, clean, and absolutely flawless -- he worked efficiently without cutting any corners, and left the area spotless when he was done. Roman's workmanship is top-notch. The charger was mounted perfectly, wiring neatly organized, and everything tested to ensure it was running smoothly. It's rare to find someone who combines both technical skill and pride in their work like he does. I would highly, highly recommend Roman to anyone considering an EV charger installation.
