They would fix it and charge us each time...leave...and the problem continued. Last week I scheduled an appointment for today, from 9-11am. Its now 3pm and nobody showed or called. Sad. UPDATE: I just noticed the rebuttal below from Paul, and both he and I know it is not accurate. In fact, Paul sent me a transcript from his chat conversation with their appointment setting department, where he told them he was concerned because "this has happened a few times recently". So this is clearly a known issue. Yet, Paul says below that "this has never happened before". Therefore, this business owner is being 100% disingenuous, and he knows it. He has repeatedly asked me to move my review. Based on all of this fabrication and inconsistency, I would avoid this company at all costs. read more

The bottom line - If you're looking for a security system, go with WaveConnects. You won't be disappointed. The detail - We've had a couple different security systems at our house over the many years we've owned it. Our initial system was installed during a remodel. Since walls were being opened, it was a wired (not wireless) system. Years later we had ADT update our system. Their system was fine, but they clearly only had one way of doing things: wireless. They neither bothered to use any of our wired sensors, nor installed any wired sensors of their own. Since ADT's install, we've retrofit our home with automation/integration. Through our Savant app (and through our Savant handheld remotes), our entire house can be controlled: Lighting, Music, Cameras, Doorbells, Doors, Thermostats, and Pool. All, that is, except for the ADT security system (which is, apparently, proprietary and won't play nicely with automation systems other than their own). So, I opted to install a security system compatible with Savant. Savant highly recommends the Elk Security System, so that's what I insisted on having. After calling around, it was clear to me that most security companies will install only one (maybe two) systems. They were uninterested in taking requests. Without batting an eye, though, WaveConnects stepped up to the plate. They had never installed Elk, but were willing to give it a go. I had anticipated there being issues as a) there are always issues with electronics (i.e., nothing is truly plug-n-play); and b) WaveConnects had never installed an Elk System. To my surprise, no issues arose at all. The install went smoothly, quickly, and without incident. Further, contracting with WaveConnects was efficient, scheduling was easy, and Cory (the installer) actually showed-up early. Who does that? Cory, in fact, was incredibly professional and incredibly easy to work with. We loved Cory! He also didn't cut any corners with the install. What do I mean by that? First, he found every wire from our original install, and he used those for sensors, when possible (instead of opting for wireless). Second, he found ways to run wired sensors to places we did not have any wire, only using wireless sensors where it made sense. Third, he made thoughtful recommendations for novel sensors where appropriate (heat sensors, flood sensors, glass break sensors, motion sensors). Again, go with WaveConnects. You won't be disappointed. read more

Will never use this company again. Matched a competitor's price but did a terrible job, I had to spend an hour of my time cleaning up, and they had to come back another day since they did so poorly they couldn't finish in time. First off, the tech had to go to his car at least 3 times, possibly 4 (forgot a tool, needed a brush, and needed to add more quarters to his parking meter), which could have all been avoided if pricing is based on time. Second, the tech's vacuum broke on the previous job (and I don't have one yet since we just moved in), so I had to spend time trying to clean up with paper towels which didn't work well. Third, he wasn't able to finish the job on the 2nd TV to hide the cords because he had to get to another job. Lastly, you can see in the video that the mount wasn't properly secured as it's very loose. When you're paying someone this much to mount a couple TV's, I'd hope I wouldn't have to spend any of my time on the project as I'm outsourcing it. read more

He's going to change my life around totally from being assaulted, everything in my home damaged or destroyed. Stole expensive clothes and damaged the rest, causing me to bring them to the Taylor for repairs. I've stopped the Taylor because they're stretching out all my clothes in my closet. They've also burned, cut and destroyed plants, Trees, cut plants and shrubs and Trees. Wave Connects installed a complete audio visual system in our new home in 2014. Everything has worked well except for the house music system, which has failed repeatedly. The system 'loses connection' often and has to be reset. There is no 'easy' and convenient way to play music through the home sound system, or to capture our personal music in the system. Very disappointing. Todd is great to work with but he has not been able to resolve the issue on a consistent basis. Update: Wave Connects has offered to correct my music issues, which is very much appreciated. I am very pleased with their commitment to customer service. read more
