A+ ! We contacted numerous surveillance companies for opinions on camera placement, type, installation, and price. Many companies did not call back or follow through with appointments. I was actually surprised but I attributed the non response to the pandemic. I was concerned because I was not certain what my needs were. When I called "on time solutions" (OTS) I spoke with William. We set up a time for him to come out to the house and give me his professional opinion. William called when he was on his way and arrived on time. When I met William her wore a mask and had a company truck. He was polite and professional and addressed my families camera needs. We decided on a 4K system and a date to install. He and his partner showed up on time and went to work. They installed an 8 channel DVR, and 4K cameras. They cleaned up the area after they were through and explained the functionality and operation of the system. I would HIGHLY recommend OTS for your tech needs. The video is crisp and clean. Thank you very much William, Leon and OTS. read more

I "highly recommend" On Time solutions to anyone who is looking for either their business or home security system. William was amazing! From my initial call, the on-site quote & walk through, to the actual installation. Everything was top notch from his promptness, professionalism, and explanation of the system. He was also very courteous, patient, and kind. We had purchased our own DVR online to save money ( don't recommend) and realized that once William connected it, it didn't work. William stopped the job temporarily, and drove all the way back to his shop, the came back with a new commercial grade DVR and swapped it out for a low price. Is that awesome or what?? Who does that unless they really care??!! Also the picture on both monitors with all 8 cameras was crisp & clear! I can't say enough good things about my experience with William at One Time Solutions. If you go anywhere else for your security camera and install needs you're doing yourself a serious injustice. On Time Solutions was a god send! I contacted 6 different security companies to get bids on a camera system. Half of these companies didn't even bother to return my call. William returned the call promptly and really listened to my needs regarding the system. The quote came at a very fair price. I ended up with far superior equipment compared to the other quotes. William showed up on time and the installation of the 6 camera 4K camera system went off without a hitch. We even got follow up calls to make certain everything was working properly. We just had a great experience with William and On Time Solutions from start to finish. I shopped around for about a month and got quotes from multiple companies (including our existing alarm company). The quotes we received were at a much higher cost for an inferior camera system. Our existing alarm company quoted me nearly three times what William charged for our system and installation! And William was able to get us a much better (4K) system than the cameras the alarm company offered. William was kind enough to make room for us in his schedule as we were on a tight deadline to get the work done quickly. He was very efficient in installing the cameras in less than a day. We have coverage all around the perimeter of the house now. William even took the time with my elderly mom to install the app on her phone and then help her navigate and understand how the app works. She's very happy with how it turned out. Both of us commented how great William's communication was throughout the process. I wish more vendors had his communication skills. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend On Time Solutions to anyone looking for reliable, professional work. read more
