I am very pleased with William's service. I have had a system for a few years that was problematic from date of installation. I explained my issues and had William do site visit. He really took the time to review the issues and concerns. He provided me with a very fair Quote and scheduled to accommodate our availability and very promptly. I scheduled the installation for eight cameras with a DVR (8 megapixels). I wanted a quote for a 8 camera install but once he walked through the office he suggested that I use 6. He was confident that it would cover every inch of the office. Really pleased and highly recommend this company for commercial-grade security cameras for the home. I went with On Time Solutions because while they may not have as many reviews as other companies, ALL OF THEM ARE POSITIVE. And well deserved, according to my experience. William came to my home 1 hour after I called--timing just happened to work out--to do an estimate. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. He made recommendations after hearing what I wanted. I also asked for 2 personal references and when I spoke with them they gave rave reviews on their Dahua security camera system and for William's quick response on returning calls, patiently answering all their questions, and fixing any rare issues afterwards. My installation was quickly and professionally done several days later by William, Leon, and Eduardo; all of them are really nice guys and wore masks and shoe covers inside the house. I love the Dahua security system and would recommend this over Hikvision, which is more antiquated and seems to have frequent software problem according to reviews I read. Am very happy that William was able to hard-wire each of my 14 cameras through ethernet cable. All but 2 cameras are 4k with the new night color feature, and those other 2 are 5 megapixel cameras with night color plus audio so I can heard outside sounds through the camera (something one of the ladies that I spoke with for a reference mentioned enthusiastically). 3 of the other 4K cameras also have audio. William also was able to run a mouse extender cable all the way from the garage to the other side of my house so I could see and control the security system DVR from my bedroom instead of going to the garage. I don't think any other company would have thought to do this. Everything is hardwired to eliminate wi-fi EMF radiation. He consulted with me, asked me what the issue was and then set the consultation. So, he listened! He arrived at my home early. William came out and did a walk through with me. He listened to what my goals were and what I was looking for. He provided me with a quote with a couple of different options within 24 hours. No hidden cost whatsoever. I emailed him questions he promptly replied. I agreed to hire them. They arrived right on time, did another walk through confirming everything we previously spoke about. My home is big and configured awkward so I knew going in it was going to be challenging hiding wires, but they made it seem easy and looks extremely clean. I contacted On Time Solutions about getting some security cameras installed. I did not have much knowledge of how they work or what to expect. William came to my home, walked around and decided the best places to have an 8 camera system, wrote up a quote and in 2 days had the entire system up and running. He explained in detail what they were going to do, how it will work, and the app that goes along with it. It was about a 5 hour job, but to perfection. About a month later we had an issue with turned out to be a bad camera. I called him up when I noticed it and within a day he was out her to trouble shoot and replace the camera. Due to an increase of neighborhood theft, we purchased an 8 camera kit from Costco. Being advanced on the handy scale, we thought install would be doable. After trying to plan the wiring and camera placement, we quickly realized it was a much bigger job than anticipated. After calling a few installers, reading a few reviews and getting lukewarm engagement with inflated estimates, we found William and On Time Solutions. On the initial call he took time, provided insights, thoughts on camera placement, conduit, painting and wire run. We sent pictures of the kit and house to him and a few hours later (late on the weekend no less), he provided a layout and a reasonable estimate. Given his attention to detail, we moved forward with install. Upon the install date, William and his partner arrived on-time and masked up. We reviewed the plan and being on-site allowed for a deeper appreciation of everything involved with installation (wire run, DVR placement, camera angles, etc.) all of which William covered in great detail. After confirming the estimate, William and his partner began the install which took all day (might have taken us a few weekends with the high ladder and hot attic work). They were friendly, laid blankets, answered questions, set the system up, gave a tutorial, cleaned up and overall went above and beyond to complete a very impressive job. I was disappointed and angry with the service provided. they installed 16 cameras and they did a awful job. I had to go to home depot to by both guys a pipe bender. Pipe alignment was done with anger and no sign of passion for future projects. He does not like to be talked to and get his moody and pretending. I am ready to show all proof to any one trying to use their service. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY SERVICES. I paid 900 usd for camera service and still yet they did not cable it right, wrong brackets, the connector pins not sitting right. the use flex which is the worse to use in camera installation especially for security reasons. I texted him to let him know that the job they did is not working well but he totally ignored me. THEY ARE FRAUD WITH NO SKILL SET. He need to go to school to learn how to bend pipes. if any of you new customer need a proof i am more than happy to send you pictures. they are not for enterprise nor for small business. May be you can hire them to install your web cam not for a real camera. Bad customer service, bad attitude if you negotiate on price. They have have no proper tools to get the job done right.
