Very pleased with the work done. We've always had wood/LVP in the past. Bought a home with half LVP and half carpet. We have dogs and have had a few accidents. We have a bissel spot cleaner for accidents. Carpets are 2y old and needed a cleaning. Came out smelling and looking as good as the day we moved in. Much better than expected. Brandon came out and cleaned our stairs and couch. The next day I noticed some stains were still present on the couch and I also had a question about a pricing discrepancy. Found this company thru Yelp and contacted John to get a quote on some carpet repair and stretching. John responded immediately and able to give me a quote over the phone, and also gave me a quote for some carpet cleaning as well. He came out within a few days later. He was able to fix and stretched the carpet in our upstairs hallway with no issues. And at the same time, cleaned the carpets in both the guest room, office and stairs. His prices are reasonable. I had a roof leak that ServPro Murrieta (also great folks) came and cleaned up for me but had to remove some carpet padding. I called Hillbrand and John helped determine which was the correct padding I needed and he gave me an estimate over the phone. I got replacement pad from Home Depot and John installed it very nicely. While he was here I asked for an estimate to clean the carpet in the entire house. He did a great job on both! Very friendly, knowledgeable about all things carpeting, on time and did what he said he'd do. Got out a couple of really stubborn spots. When he left the carpet wasn't very damp and it dried pretty fast. Will definitely call him again.
