If you've been following along from home, then you know our move from Scottsdale was a mess. Quite literally. Besides broken, or scratch furniture, we needed to deal with our couches and chair not being covered completely. And although not filthy, they did need a good professional cleaning. In steps ChemDry. They are a local Menifee company, who did a first rate job of steaming our furniture for a reasonable price. We would recommend them without reservation. Thank you David, for making our furniture feel new again (and clean)! read more

Recently used Rancho Chem-Dry for a move-out. Gregory was the technician. He was on time and worked efficiently to get the job done in a very timely manner. He was a super nice guy and did a great job. I would certainly use Rancho Chem-Dry again read more

We have used Chem-Dry before years ago when we had carpet in another City. I trust them. Now we have hardwood floors so I was in need of area rug cleaning and Lazy-Boy petite couch. Steven handled the appointment and our technician was Gregory, very good team. Response was timely and job completed as promised. I like Chem-Dry due to faster drying time and it doesn't soak the rugs with water and steam. It smells great and clean. Thanks guys read more

My Toddler had destroyed our couch with milk stains and all kinds of other stains. Rancho ChemDry cleaned it in about an hour, and it looks almost brand new again! Super happy with their service and professionalism. Prices are very reasonable too. I'll be using them again in the future. read more

They get ZERO stars for showing up at my house drenched in cologne after I clearly asked the owner to please not send anyone to my house with fragrance on them. Then the person at my house was rude and unprofessional stating to me that "he's offended ". Really buddy, I'm the one that should be offended. read more

AWESOME service!!! From booking the appointment to finishing the job very easy to communicate with. My carpet and couches look fantastic!!! Paid attention to the details and did a great job! Highly recommended!!! read more

Rancho Chem-Dry - One of Rancho Chem Dry's vans - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Menifee, California

Steve did a great job on the house we bought. Conducted most of the communications via email, because I'm old and forgetful. His responses were prompt and his prices seemed reasonable. Set an appointment and he showed up with in the time frame he said he would. Since the carpet was dirtier than I had noticed when we first put in an offer, I was expecting the quote to go out the window, but after clearly explaining what could be done to get out the major stains the price in the end was vary close to what we'd discussed. Worn out carpet is worn out carpet. But at least now it's clean. I wasn't expecting miracles. Carpet was original from 2003 and probably never cared for or cleaned. Huge stains in the hall way and family room. Quite a bit better for having Rancho Chem-Dry clean them. I'd recommend the company based on my experience. Honest price. On time. read more

Update: Called owner, he came out asap to my house, after checking out what I stated he promptly gave me a full refund. He offered to have the guy re clean the carpet, but I declined, so at least he made good with this, many companies wouldn't so I do appreciate that he did this. read more

Just had Rancho ChemDry out to do some carpet and stair cleaning and David did a great job! This was the second time I've had them out to our home. I've had several of the big carpet cleaning companies over the years but have always found ChemDry overall did the best job. It was easy to schedule an appointment online and I found that their prices were very competitive compared to the others. I highly recommend Rancho and will have them out again in the future. I do not recommend chem-dry to clean carpets from my personal experience. Our carpets are always cleaned the traditional way and it works great. The first time we get it done this way and we still see dirt. It has nothing to do with stains and red marks. It had everything to do with dirt. I do not feel like I got my money's worth. read more

Stephen was GREAT! He took the time to explain everything before we started so I understood everything he was going to do and the prices. He did a fantastic job on our carpets and was even able to get a suspicious hot pink stain from our teenage daughter's room. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned. Thank you! read more

My experience with this company was top notch. From the easy appointment scheduling to the high quality cleaning, my experience was incredible. I would recommend Stephen for any cleaning job and I have sent my friends and family his number many times. As with any service, you get what you pay for and in this case you get a whole lot more. Thank you, thank you, thank you! read more

Rancho ChemDry did a great job on my very dirty white couches. Stephen showed up on time and was very thorough. He took his time and told us exactly what he was going to do and how much it would cost. Their prices are much better than other places I originally called. Thanks Stephen! read more

Awesome job! I don't normally get professional cleaning, but I had an incident with my mother in laws carpet (who lives in the Menifee area)... my fault... and despite my best effort I just couldn't get things clean/ spot free. The gentleman on the phone got me an appointment within my schedule (which was tight since I was only going to be in town a few days), they gave me a two hour window but called in advance and showed up right on time. Being my first time I wasn't sure what to expect but they were very professional (even carefully moving tables and couches). Most importantly they got out my stain/spots and the house smelled great. Highly recommend! Made my mistake almost as if it never happened... my wife won't let me live it down but my mother in law seems pretty pleased. read more

Rancho Chem-Dry had provided all carpet and upholstery cleaning needs at my place of employment for years now. This includes several facility sites throughout Riverside County. Because I have seen the results of his work.... I've utilized his service at my own residence multiple times. Stephen does a wonderful job with every aspect of his service. He was prompt with returning my service initiating call, he was able to get me on schedule at my convenience, he showed up on time. Stephen walked through my house with me and we discussed my concerns and wishes. He gave a very fair price quote and proceeded to begin the cleaning. I have utilized Rancho Chem-Dry before and noticed that Stephen was just as focused and meticulous with his cleaning technique this time as he was the last time. He has every reason to take much pride in his work. Though he is so kind, polite, and professional that I sense he might be a very modest, humble man who is naturally caring for and putting his customers first. He truly cares and it shows. He went above and beyond and my carpets and floor rugs look fantastic!!! I am so very pleased with the results. It is nice to know that I will never have to look for another carpet cleaning company as long as Rancho Chem-Dry and Stephen are in this valley! I recommend this service provider.... without the slightest hesitation. Thanks Stephen!!! read more
