I love these guys! My friend told me they did a great job so I took his advice even though my situation was worse than his. But anyway, they had to take out drywall that had some asbestos in it, and they still were able to sanitize the home as well as get the carpets back to the way I like them. Well my lady is happy so I'm happy lol The way things were, I was prepared for them to tell me this was gonna be a two week project, but they only said it would take a week to complete and they ended up knocking it out in 4 days! Second, the service person tried to ask for more money then we were quoted. When we refused he did as swft job as possible & rushed to get out quickly. Our stairs were not cleaned well at all. He never left us a stain spot remover as was usual. His truck was leaking oil & left a stain on our drive way. This is not what we were used to from Stanley Steamer. Hired to clean my tile in the entire house and an office chair. Left my tile dirty in a lot of spots, especially around the corners of furniture or turning a wall corner. Also, got chemical over all my furniture about a foot and lower as seen in photos. You can see in his Yelp photos he covers kitchen cabinets, that's obviously for a reason. Unfortunately, he did this only in my kitchen, chemical splash throughout the rest of my home occured. He came in 2 visits. I noticed the dirty spots at an angle, after paying and after he left. He stated he would come back and did, he scrubbed the floor again. He said he would have to send another employee to clean the office chair. Which he never did. I messaged and called him several times and still never got my office chair cleaned that I PAID for! He ultimately stated he would reimburse me however, i never recieved that money. He also wouldn't let me make the check out to the company, had my rip and rewrite the checks in his wife's name, leaving me unable to write off. I was a bit skeptical about Clean Investments ability to get a fresh motor oil stain over 3/4 of my vehicle back seat out. Bryan said that he was willing to give it a try. He even went back to his shop to get a better tool for the job. The material was a synthetic suede. I noticed that Bryan had even cleaned all of the other seat inserts. That's service! This is the first time I've ever had a carpet cleaning service because usually I just used the rental ones from Home Depot and for good reason because most places charge extra to clean carpets in apartments. Well after speaking to the courteous gentleman on the phone(I forgot his name) he informed me that they always run a move out special for apartments only. I recently had a neck injury and cannot bend down to use the rug doctor machine from Home Depot so it worked out twice over for me choosing these guys. They also informed me, without me asking, that they could move the furniture and that they would take care of all the prep work for me considering I live alone and my injury. They offered for me to pay another company to come out and fix it and when I found a company and sent the invoice they changed their mind and said they would come fix it themselves. I also discovered the check I wrote to them they asked me to write it out to one of the guys girlfriends.
