First, our rep Robert came to our house with tons of options and suggestions. He was able to give us a wide variety and help us select something that uniquely fit our style and budget. He was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly with any questions we had. When we came to the showroom, Robert dopped everything to lead us through the selection process. We could tell he was highly knowledgeable and much more intent on making us happy rather than upselling us on unnecessary products. When instillation day came our installers, Miguel and Israel, were also very professional and highly knowledgeable and skilled. Rarely have I seen harder workers than these two! Their attention to detail--such as lining up the carpet pattern on the stairs and making sure the cut pattern on the risers were balanced--was impressive. The entire job, including moving large furniture, was completed in two days. We couldn't be more pleased! We highly recommend this team for high quality products, professional treatment and advice, and an impressive installation experience.

The demo company and I have already filed complaints with the contractors board and the financing company because this man thinks he can just take people's money and run. How does a grown man blatantly steal, lie through his teeth, and operate with zero integrity? Every response he posts to negative reviews is defensive, rude, and dripping with shady behavior. He cannot be trusted. Nothing he says is real. And I have the documentation to back every bit of this up. I wish I had dug deeper before hiring him. If I can stop even one person from getting screwed the way we did, then at least this disaster serves a purpose.

I hired Flooring Direct Temecula to replace the flooring throughout my home. On June 22, 2026, I signed a contract for laminate flooring and paid the required deposit to pay for materials. The installation began but stopped abruptly after only part of the flooring was installed because there were no remaining materials. What followed was one of the worst customer service nightmares I have ever had. For more than two weeks, the owner, Bill Norris, completely disappeared. My repeated phone calls and text messages went unanswered. I received absolutely no communication explaining why my home had been left in pieces. During that same time: * The installer told me he had not been paid. * The delivery driver told me he could not reach Bill. * A salesperson ( His son Billy) at Flooring Direct Temecula also told me he could not get Bill to answer his calls. Think about that for a moment. Not only could the customer not reach the owner, but his own employees and subcontractors couldn't reach him either. Because no one would communicate with me, I had to investigate the situation myself. I contacted the flooring manufacturer directly and discovered that only part of my flooring order had ever been purchased. The remaining flooring required to finish my home was sitting at the manufacturer because it had never been paid for. As the homeowner, I was told I could not obtain my own flooring because only the contractor could authorize and pay for its release. Meanwhile, my home was left with exposed subfloors, furniture piled everywhere, and rooms that were unusable. No phone call. No explanation. No plan. No concern for the customer. I ultimately had to open a dispute with Chase Visa to protect my money. I also filed felony charges!!!!!!!!!!! Only after I escalated the situation and informed Bill that I was involving the police to document what had happened and finally pressed formal criminal charges did he finally contact me. This entire situation could have been handled differently with honest communication. Instead, I was left chasing answers from installers, delivery drivers, and manufacturers because the person responsible for my project simply disappeared. This wasn't simply a delayed job. This was a complete breakdown in communication and professionalism that left my family living in an unfinished construction zone while we had no idea whether our project would ever be completed. I strongly encourage anyone considering Flooring Direct Temecula to do extensive research, verify everything independently, and understand exactly who is responsible for your project before paying a deposit. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I ended up selecting a Duralum cover that his company also offers, and I'm glad I did. It's just the look I was going for. I was also impressed with Adam's business model, which is built on quality and efficiency at a very reasonable price without cutting corners or sacrificing customer service. Now for the best part: A guy named Brody, his lead installer. In addition to being a super nice guy, his work is meticulous. The back of my home isn't linear, so there are bump-outs and protrusions, making the installation more difficult and time consuming. This wasn't the slightest challenge for Brody and his team. The finished product is snuggled tightly against my stucco and professionally sealed on the roof to prevent any water dripping through when it rains. I watched him work, measuring and cutting the aluminum to match my home so the fit and finish is far greater than I imagined. As you can tell from the photos, I still have work to do (concrete coating, fence repairs, etc.) to match the beauty of my new cover.

We have been regular customers at Marmol Export, usually buying natural stone for our own projects. This time we ordered Limestone tiles from Marmol, had it installed by Serrano Family Flooring, and after installation noticedvproblems with the look of the tiles. Some tiles looked as it they had not been completely polished. We received a recommendation from Marmol Export for Serrano Family Flooring & Design, Inc. for installation. Angel Serrano and his crew were punctual, and completed the job in a timely manner., even in pouring rain! When we contacted Angel to ask about the white deposit and dullness of a large number of the tiles (every 3 or 4 tiles had an edge or corner that was rough and white), he was immediately willing, together with Sandra and Frank from Marmol, to come take a look to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. It was decided there was no installation issue (thank you Angel!), but instead that the tile had to be re-polished. Sandra and Frank recommended Stone Masters Inc., and Juan and his team came out a couple of weeks later, did a full assessment of what needed to be done, and within a few hours had our tile looking as it should. All in all, this was an easy fix to what could have been a very frustrating purchase. Instead everyone was friendly, professional, and made sure we ended up with the product we wanted, at no extra charge to us. We are very happy customers at the Marmol store and we definitely will have Marmol, Angel Serrano, and Juan at Stone Masters Inc, in mind for our next project. read more

We've used three different tile/granite co's in the past and were very disappointed with demo, tile work and poor cleanup, and housekeeping. We immediately liked Moudy and read reviews on Google and Yelp. It was quick for scheduling maybe a week or so lead time. We were only going to do one bathroom countertop at a time, but Moudy pointed out we would use and waste half a slab. The demo team was so gentle in dismantling our countertops. They papered off the cabinet facing and the mirror frame. They made a great effort to be clean and gentle, and always nice and tidy at the end of the dau. We've had some very rough demos in the past where they knocked giant holes in the drywall. The result was that we had to replace all the drywall where they removed tile. With Giza, we didn't have to repair any drywall. As it turns out, the demo team is the installer as well. They were such nice guys. They asked questions on my preferences for things such as caulking, etc. Very, very nice job. They even did the first sealing for me. I highly recommend Giza and will only call them for my future work.

It was a big decision given the investment and fact that the rest of my home already had hardwood floors (put in by the old owner) that I would need to match. I purchased traditional wood flooring from LL Flooring in Lakewood, who in turn recommended Felix Flooring for the installation. I cannot say enough about the service that I received from Felix and his team. From the day that he came in to measure the room and answer my (many many) questions, I knew that I had chosen the right person. In the days leading up the the installation, I had a few questions about what to expect, and Felix got back to me right away. Since LL Flooring was out of the particular style baseboard I needed, I chose to supply those on my own. I texted Felix from Home Depot on a Friday night for a recommendation on product, and he told me not to worry - he would supply the baseboards for me so I didn't have to cut them and attempt to lug them all home. This was NOT in his job description, but he insisted! If you are hesitating even a little about choosing Felix, being able to expect this level of care is one of many reasons you should just go ahead and book. It is unusual to find people who both (a) take immense pride in their craft and (b) are just generally all-around kind and amazing human beings. As for the week of the install, I was once again was blown away by the professionalism of Felix and team. Their work is impeccable, from the floors themselves to the seamless room transitions to the baseboards/moulding. I've worked on many homes in my life, including doing my own floors twice. Felix is a world-class carpenter and his work elevated the look of my home. I also appreciated what I consider a true "white glove" service: the team moved my furniture (including a piano) in and out of the rooms without a single scratch, and they kept the hallways protected and my entire home neat and clean throughout the process. There was only one option in the store for the color I was looking for, but it was from a reputable company and had a 50-year warranty! Wow! I was impressed! We made an appointment with John (the owner) who came out within a couple of days and was on time. John was very professional and easy to work with. He provided an offer immediately and we told him we wanted to move forward. We provided the deposit and John ordered the LVP. We were leaving on vacation for a week and by the time we got back, it was another week before installation. It was perfect timing as we needed to remove furniture so they could work. We left the larger furniture in each room and the installers move them around as they installed the floor. On installation day, the crew showed up on time and ready to work! They were professional and hard working! They were also courteous and respectful. They did the floating floor over the existing tile and added wood where there was carpet. They explained how the glue would need to dry before we could walk on it, which was very helpful. After the 3rd day, the floors were done and they started on the baseboard and door casings. Jason worked hard to complete all the work, clean up after the install, and the entire project was done in one week. I am so impressed with this crew and Precison's communication with us. Our flooring installation, managed by contractors Edgar and Adrian, was exemplary and one of the best interactions we've had with a contractor and flooring company. We suffered water damage in our master bedroom and decided to replace the flooring in all our bedrooms, including the master bathroom and closet. Unfortunately, the original flooring, installed by the home builders, was discontinued, making it challenging to find a match. Initially, we approached Home Depot, which turned out to be stressful and costly. They required full upfront payment for the flooring and installation, plus hidden fees that significantly increased the estimate. Our experience transformed when we found Precision Flooring. John and his team, including Nash, provided a seamless and pleasant process. At their store, we explored hundreds of samples, taking several home to find the best match. Unlike Home Depot, Precision Flooring required only a 50% deposit, as per California laws. John, the owner, was transparent and straightforward, while Nash made the selection process enjoyable. They were patient, never making us feel rushed despite the time it took to make a decision. John promptly measured our house the day after our store visit, and the flooring installation wait time was only a few weeks, depending on stock availability. Working with Edgar and Adrian was remarkable. They exemplified professionalism and skill, setting high standards for the industry. Their dedication and craftsmanship were evident throughout the project. We are grateful for the excellent customer service, responsiveness, and high-quality work provided by Precision Flooring and its contractors. To future customers, we recommend taking care of your installers. During our project, Edgar and Adrian worked diligently, even on the hottest days. Offering them a shady area, air conditioning, cold drinks, and a tip goes a long way in showing appreciation for their hard work. Precision Flooring also provides military, law enforcement and first responder discounts. They will also price match if you bring in an estimate from another contractor.

I am very upset with this company because I did not get the padding I was told and promised I would…read moreget! After the job was finished and paid for then they were honest about not using the soft memory foam pad we chose and wanted. They never mentioned they were using a different pad, not on the phone or when we went to the showroom and spoke to them in person. They assured us we would be getting the same memory foam as we had purchased before. I still do not believe that the pad, they chose to put in was a memory pad because it is as hard as a cement floor. It is like walking around in the most uncomfortable and painful shoes and you can never take them off. All I wanted was soft padding and they failed me! There is no way to rip it out and replace it at this point. We rented two storage containers and paid a moving company to take everything out of the house and put it all back. Who is going to pay for that?
