We have had the pleasure of working with Shannon and her team at Wine County Stoneworks a few times now. Once when we needed a remodel due a leak in our condo and just recently when we remodeled the kitchen in our new home. Both experiences were top notch. Everything from her attention to detail, design advice and staying on schedule, Shannon is the best. Her crew is efficient, friendly and clean. We just can't say enough good things about Wine Country Stoneworks. We highly recommend!!! read more

Wine Country Stoneworks - Our beautiful kitchen - Flooring Near Me - Murrieta, California

The Wine Country Stoneworks team worked some serious magic to bring our outdated 90s kitchen to life! Shannon helped us reimagine the space. We were able to move our kitchen sink to be centered with the window. Working with Jose who installed the white shaker cabinets and soft close drawers was a dream! We were able to tap into his years of experience to make the finishing touches work with our space. We are very excited to create new memories in this not only functional but beautiful space! The kitchen remodel that included new cabinets, countertops and backsplash was very reasonably priced! Highly recommend working with the Wine Country Stoneworks team. read more

I'm here to leave another review as we just got 2 1/2 bathrooms completely redone and the cabinets in our upstairs hallway done. Shannon is up to date on everything that is going on in the house and has her people scheduled one right after the other so that there aren't any delays-in completion of the job.She is easy to get a hold of and always has the answer or solution if something may arise during the job. This is our 3rd project with her and her company and we are yet to be disappointed. Thank you again and if another project comes your mind you can guarantee she will be getting our business. read more

I can't say enough about Lauren and Wine Country Stoneworks. Great price on beautiful piece of quartz. More than $2000 less than closest competitor. Lauren was helpful from start to finish. They made special provisions to do the project demo on a Saturday because I work from home. The workers were all neat and professional. The job was completed per schedule and no hidden surprises after the quote. My husband and I met with companies from Lake Elsinore to Temecula and really feel we made the right choice. We are 100% satisfied with Wine Country Stoneworks! read more

Very uninviting store front. Visited on one occasion to purchase tile for two bathrooms and a laundry room. In total about 160 square feet of tile. I could not get a response regarding the price of several tiles. (I was in the process of deciding between a few). I could not get a response about purchasing a few samples to take home and mull over since they were so obviously too busy to speak with me. I went so far as to suggest I could make an appointment for later to get better service. I received an unsatisfactory response that left me feeling like they didn't care to do business with me. Message received. I will not return. read more

Shannon and her team (especially David) were great!! They did our kitchen renovation and actually finished before the expected time. Shannon was very responsive and receptive to our requests. Let me start off by saying at the very beginning I had a great experience. Lauren was great and understanding. One of The stars is for her and the other star for the tile guys which did an awesome job but unfortunately don't work with wine country Stoneworks that often. I was getting a semi-kitchen remodel, new countertops backsplash and a custom hood made along with a few other small items. The start of the project went smooth but when it came to installation and finish work that's when everything went wrong, Francisco which I believe is their main woodworker is just a complete hack he is a very nice guy and I believe means well but just does not have it in him to do finish work. When he arrived to install the hood he did not bring a level in which the hood was completely crooked I will add pictures of everything. When Francisco came the second time to finish up and paint/repair a couple scratches that him and the countertop guys had done to my existing cabinets I believe it was about an hour and a half he completed I would say should have been a full days worth of work. I had given him paint for my existing cabinets but he insisted on using his own which did not match at all also pictured is a portion that should have been sanded but he just painted over it. The shelves were made by him which look good but he did a terrible masking job and had overspray on just about every corner. So at this time I had taken pictures sent them to Lauren and asked for another person to come repair everything because I did not trust Francisco. Lauren agreed with me and sent another crew that had fixed all of Francisco's screwup's. That day I was at work and Shannon the owner showed up to look things over, she spoke with my wife and was actually very rude, was not being professional at all, my wife will explain in her review. Shannon had mentioned to my wife that if I wanted to be such a perfectionist then I should be there watching them work, unfortunately I have to go to work myself to pay for the kitchen remodel, thought I was hiring professionals that didn't need babysitting. read more

Requested an estimate for a countertop remodel from Wine Country Stone Works. Met with Billy who arrived promptly and was professional on getting all the measurements and gave him our ideas on our remodeling of the countertop. He recommended us to go to the store to decide the style and color of the countertop which they had a variety of. Lauren also was so helpful on coordinating the schedules for delivery, installation, and completion of the project. Everyone was prompt in communicating and answering all our questions and needs. Thanks again Billy and Amy for our new countertop. George and I love it. Hopefully in the near future we will contact you for other home projects. read more

After getting 3 quotes I chose Temecula Granite Countertops. They were the only company that actually had a showroom to view all sorts of different options for our kitchen remodel. They were great helping us choose the perfect granite colors. The install went smoothly and was done in 2 days. Thank you Shannon and Lauren for all your hard work. read more

Five stars to Shannon, Lauren, Jose and Carlos on our kitchen refresh. The design suggestions, workmanship, craftsmanship and timeliness of the project completion was excellent! We are very pleased with the work Wine Country Stone Works did on our kitchen upgrade. read more

Scheduled an estimate with them only to be told 30 minutes before they would not be able to make it. Rescheduled for the following week only to be no showed. No call/text. Nothing. Unreliable, unprofessional, and unacceptable. read more

Having had a call from Shannon as well as reading her comments, I still feel I was not treated well by the company. I understand mistakes can be made, but felt an apology was needed or compensation made. Offering me $100 off future work that I might never need was of no use. Jose did a great job and the remaining granite slab was delivered in good time so I have no issue with that. I know Shannon isn't happy with my review but I wasn't happy with aspects of my job. But I have my opinion and prefer to leave things as they stand without constant back and forth comments. read more

My wife and I just had some work done through Wine Country and had a great experience with them. They did our flooring, granite counter tops, painted our home and kitchen cabinets. It all turned out amazing. Lauren is amazing to work with. She is always responsive and very involved throughout the process. Anytime I had any issues, she was there to take care of it. Sal was also a pleasure to work with. He was flexible and fair with his pricing and provided us a variety of options to fit our budget. I would highly recommend them. read more

Have you ever wanted to just buy a smaller piece (36" x 60") of granite? Nearly impossible! Most stone establishments have very high minimum's or you have to buy a full slab of granite - they just don't want to be bothered with small jobs. Hello Shannon at Wine Country! When meeting with her, I explained what I needed. She asked that I give her about 1 week, as she had to talk to a few of her contractors to see if they had any remnant pieces that could work for me. About 1 week later, as promised, I was given a selection of a few pieces and chose one. Although she was very busy and I was not a big project client, she worked with me and delivered a beautiful piece at an honest price. She will always be my first choice for any projects I have in the future. Excellent customer service, very nice show room, and very knowledgeable! read more

As "location, location, location" is to real estate, it is "Shannon, Shannon, Shannon (or "Shannini" as I got to know her better) at Wine Country that "made it all happen" for a major home remodel project in Moreno Valley from visiting the site on several occasions (not an inconsiderable distance from the home office) and assisting in everything from cabinets, granite and wood flooring to organizing a slate of reliable and likable installers and offering excellent advice as to colors, textures and other detailed appointments at reasonable prices that greatly alleviated what was otherwise a very daunting and, at times, overwhelming undertaking. Can't say enough about her professionalism, responsiveness and attention to detail--give her a try--you won't be disappointed! read more

We just had our kitchen cabinets, counter tops and master bath counter tops done with Wine Country Stone Works and we could not be happier. After being disappointed with several other contractors it was a relief to find a company that we could trust. They did a beautiful job and Cassidy followed up with us after every installation. The contractors they use are all top notch. I will definitely use them again. read more
