We couldn't be happier! Roberto is a true professional. He went way over and above the call of duty to make sure it was how we wanted it. He even had to come out of pocket a bit to buy new pea gravel & resin from an eBay special order. He figured out that he'd misunderstood we did not want the rocks to just be shiny, we wanted them fixed and not moving. We sent him videos and he and his son did all the work after the holidays. We did have to wait for a family trip, a custom order, a bad illness, and the holidays to be over before he was able to get back out to make it right. My advice: Be patient with him! He's a very nice guy and will work with you on your project. No such thing as a rockscaping emergency---unless you have to sell the home or maybe your animals are digging or something I'm not thinking of. I say, hire him, maybe even order the outdoor epoxy resin in advance for him because that product can get expensive ($100+). Be willing to compromise. We just changed it to loose stones in the middle. You won't regret it! They are a great team! I think his adult son is some kind of creative genius arranging those accent shells and rocks! So far he has helped me with trenching and installing a drain system that has eliminated runoff and flooding from my irrigation system.
