Okay I have to start by saying I was an absolute wreck dealing with foundation issues on my new home... Sleepless nights. A dodgy company trying sell me much more than I needed. In comes Tom from Dalinghaus... what an absolute stand up guy. He was honest, took the time needed to really get yo the bottom of what needed to be done. And ultimately their bid was half what the other company suggested I do. Today I finally had the work done and can exhale. Steve and his crew were total pros and very kind and empathetic to my needs. Would highly recommend this company for any foundation repairs. read more

I can't believe how fast and easy it was. What I thought would take a week took just the morning. They were professional and answered all my questions. I am definitely going to use them again. I highly recommend them for any of your construction needs. They repaired the wall instead of rebuilding. Saving me thousands of dollars. read more

Very happy with the foundation work done by Dalinghaus Construction. The crew arrived on time, completed the work on time, cleaned up when the job was done and with a minimum (far less than I expected) of compromise to landscaping. The crew was always courteous, and accomplished the work despite extreme heat conditions. A special thank you to Joe Delgado for controlling inspection visits which saved additional expense. I highly recommend Dalinghaus Construction. read more

Talked to David this week and they never gave me a bid for leveling the house. i wonder if they will replace the structural beams they cut or they'll take out the trash. read more

Isaac, Jonathan and Manny were our crew and they made our foundation repair, dare I say, fun? They were so communicative, nice, funny, and easy to work with! 10/10 would recommend Dalinghaus and 10/10 would recommend this crew! read more

Stephen and Ozzy went above and beyond. Great care was taken to protect the existing finishes during their work. Once the work was completed a thorough clean up of the site was done so well that you could not tell off any work was performed. I would definitely hire them again. read more

Jim Hughes earned my trust, answered my questions thoughtfully, and educated me on the foundation of my 72 year old Burnt Adobe home in Tucson. Great business. Did amazing work for a very fair price. Would recommend to anyone! They took detailed photos of work, explained what they were doing, asked if I had questions or needed anything else. Scheduling was awesome- and the work was completed so fast. They offer a great 0% 15 month finance if you qualify which is great to take advantage of. read more

My family and I are extremely satisfied with the work Dalinghaus completed to stabilize and level our home. Brian, who made the initial assessment, was knowledgeable, accessible, and patient. Whenever we had a question, Brian was a text message away from getting answers. It took us a while to choose a company, but we chose Dalinghaus because Brian answered all our questions swiftly and without hesitation. Ben Conner and his team (Isaac and Ben L.) were amazing during the construction phase. They were professional, efficient, and most importantly safe throughout the process. Mid week into the project, we were blessed with heavy rain which delayed their work a bit. But what I appreciated most was their work ethic and integrity. They didn't rush the project because they didn't want to compromise their work, and they prioritized their safety. I highly recommend Dalinghaus, especially the crew that worked on our home. We feel so much safer and happier knowing that we chose a reputable and honest company. Thank you Ben C, Ben L, and Isaac! read more

They gave me excellent advice on what our options were available considering we're in a townhome. The foundation support gives us a sense of security and they were professional, competent and accommodating. They put everything back and even moved a sprinkler further away from the stucco when I asked. Joe, Manny and Jose Garcia left it pristine and sent us pictures of the process. The value was incredible and well worth it. I will definitely recommend them. read more

This is a SUPER OVER DUE review Back in Dec I contacted Dalinghaus for an estimate of a presumed foundation problem. I had met with other companies and they were quick to assume I needed a ridiculous job done at an even crazier price. Tom came out and OMG... IMPECCABLE service. He was personable, easy to talk to, and explained EVERYTHING. He took measurements, looked at everything, and was completely honest about what is really going on and did not seize the opportunity to rip me off. I am beyond happy with this service and will always keep this company in mind with future needs. read more

I've been working with Brian Novotny and he has been AMAZING. Stellar customer service. He has been so great with following up and also giving us time to figure out our plans. Absolutely Awesome Experience. We needed to remediate some foundation issues. Our contact was Brian Novotny, and he was super helpful and responsive. He explained in detail what we were dealing with and got us set up with the remediation. Lesley Owen was able to get us on the schedule efficiently. On the day of the job; the Foreman Ben Connor was ready to go with the plan (he was actually early). He is both likable, and treated the job like he was fixing his own home. His Crew Ben Lett and Angel Pena worked diligently just like Ben. Just a good group of folks from start to finish- Thank You Brian, Lesley, Ben C, Ben L, and Angel. This is a Professional and Solid Company with very good employees- hire them without hesitation... read more

Dalinghaus just finished a major foundation repair on our home. Our house is on a hill & our family room and master bedroom experienced downward & lateral movement after the heavy rains the last 2 years. Dalinghaus put in 16 helical piers & 4 helical tie backs. Our on-site crew- Ben Conner, Ben Lett, & Angel Pena- was fantastic. They are experienced, hard working, & professional. They were on time, worked tirelessly throughout the day, & were respectful of us, our neighbors, & our yard. During the project, they even built a little bridge so our 13-yr old Australian Shepherd could go out her dog door, over the pit where a pier was going in, & into her yard at night! Nice people but, while they were happy to answer any questions we had, they were there to do a job & they got after it!! I did not appreciate the massive amount of digging and breaking up of concrete that would be required to put that many piers in. After the first few days it looked like a bomb had dropped in our yard but, when they finished the job today, they had our yard looking like it did before they started. And they finished what was an 8-day job in 6.5 days! Can't say enough good things about the Two Bens and Angel. I picked Dalinghaus after receiving 4 bids. Brian Novotny of Dalinghaus spent a good amount of time at the house & his bid was thorough & complete. I had a list of detailed questions, and he responded back w/in 24 hours. I was up front about wanting an accurate bid so that I wouldn't be hit with change orders driving up the cost after work started. The only change order ended up being a reduction in price due to one less pier being needed. The Dalinghaus office staff was also on top of the project. Excellent communication from them. Some of our neighbors had done temporary, less expensive fixes that didn't work. I wanted a complete job & the peace of mind of a lifetime warranty against any further movement. I am really happy with the job &, if you are experiencing similar problems, I highly recommend you contact Dalinghaus Construction. read more

The installation process was seamless. Ryan, Jose, and Jayden were very professional and finished things ahead of schedule. The communication with the ground crew was what you want. I do believe that the case management could be improved with some sort of timeline outline given to us so we have less surprises during the permit process. But otherwise, we shall see how things hold up. read more

A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who worked so hard at fixing the foundation of our home here in the mountains of Crestline! From office staff Leslie who was able to answer questions/concerns, to Tom Bartholomew with his knowledge and expertise, giving us confidence that things would work out--Thank You!! Our project took 4 days to complete. Thank you to: Ben Conner, Brandon Nash and Ben Lett for working diligently in their execution to complete their part installing piers and lifting our home! We now have doors closing that wouldn't shut before! Woohoo! Another thank you to: Stephen and Andre for solidifying the stability of our home and completing the project with polyurethane and repairing any cracks... THE WHOLE TEAM ROCKS!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dalinghaus for foundation repair and needs! A professional and knowledgeable team! You will feel confident in all that they offer. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!! Want to come on here and give a big thank you and show my appreciation for the team at Dalinghaus for their support with getting our foundation repaired. Everyone from Brian mapping out the repairs to the guys who killed it installing the multiple piers and crack repairs around our foundation to Jen helping us iut with a payment plan. Ryan and his team Jose and Jay came by and talked us through the repairs and when it would be loud or noisy, we have a new born they gave us a heads up each time, to updates along the few days of work and even dealing with the city inspectors. The team will go over all options and set you up for a long lasting investment in older or cracked foundation. Much appreciated read more

I had foundation underpinning done to my house. Ben Conner, The Foreman, and his team Ben Lett & Angel Pena finished the job in 3 days. The sales office quoted the job would take 4 days. Ben & his team were professional, worked quickly, proficiently, did a great job, and cleaned up everything when finished. Ben Connor is knowledgeable in doing a final measurement evaluation after the pinning which was a lot more accurate than the initial one that was done by the salesperson. Ben would definitely be an asset to Dalinghaus in conducting the initial estimating for a customer's proposed job. read more

Had a great experience with Dalinhaus. Stephen and Andre were very capable and professional.

On Tuesday, July 2, I contacted Dalinghaus Construction regarding a thin fracture in our retaining wall. They scheduled an appointment the following day. I was very fortunate to have Mark Cook inspect and assess our issue. Mark identified several other hairline fractures and explained that the cause was a buildup of hydrostatic pressure that the original weep holes were not relieving. Mark's assessment was to install a Jet Filtration system across the breadth of our retaining wall. I truly appreciated Mark's, responsiveness to multiple questions, his honesty, integrity, thoroughness and extraordinary good nature. Dalinghaus' estimate was beyond reasonable. As such, we scheduled the install for July 21st. On July 21st the team of Ryan (Foreperson), Jose and Adam arrived, as promised, at 8:30. They installed 14 weep hole filters across the breadth of our wall, worked very diligently, applied a thin coat of matching concrete over the existing fractures, thoroughly cleaned our yard and were finished by 11:00. The entire team was friendly, professional, very hard-working and beyond knowledgeable as they answered all of my questions. My contacts with Mark, the Dalinghaus office staff and the work crew were nothing less than professional and very much appreciated! read more

Phil just left my house and I am so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. The whole experience was excellent. He confirmed the appt yesterday, arrived exactly on time. I was worried about a growing crack in the ceiling, and after taking some measurements he assured me that it's not a foundational problem, and he explained exactly what needs to be done and how to vet the guy we call to do it. Super nice guy. Highly recommend this company. read more

My experience with this team/company has been nothing short of perfect. We have dealt with foundation issues in the past and have had clients and buyers use and get quotes from other foundation companies. These guys are the best we've encountered and their pricing was absolutely the best. Lots of companies BS their way through quotes, talk a lot about other projects, and don't give firm answers. Not Dalinghaus. To start the process Mark came out and assessed our situation. He was thorough and only referenced MY project and wasn't long winded (which I found confusing and a sales tactic from other companies). He only stated the facts and his thoughts. He was also a fantastic point man through scheduling and payment and the while the work was being performed. They also appear to have a full team at the office so no call goes unanswered. Everyone has their role and truly knows their role. Lesley - Scheduling - Was incredibly efficient and got us scheduled right when we needed it. Gail - Payments - Incredibly flexible (and patient) on how I was paying. I wanted to break this up on a lower credit credit card (best points) so I needed to break the payments up over 4 days which she patiently accepted. Ryan and his crew - Communicative, clean on site, and patient. We had demo going on at the same time and they never once complained about the noise or having to walk around trailers and other crews. Their work is solid and the house is now level. Icing on the cake? Not only was their price better than the other quotes we received but they decided, with their engineer, than one of the items suggested didn't need to be done with the condition of the foundation. They removed this aspect and my bill went down INCREDIBLY. It was refreshing to know they could have made much more money but instead did right by their client. Highly, highly recommend. On previous projects we've had foundation quotes that are astronomical. These guys made the foundation work not seem overwhelming. Can't recommend enough! read more

No one wants to have to fix their foundation but this company made it as pleasant as possible. From the initial site visit, to the office staffs amazing communication and the great team that was sent, everyone was top notch. I appreciated how nice and informed everyone was on the Dalinghaus team. Hopefully I won't need future foundation repair but if I did this is the company I'd go with. read more

We contacted Dalinghaus to provide a quote as part of the Earthquake Brace + Bolt program. Unlike other certified contractors in the area, Dalinghaus contacted us immediately and set up a time shortly thereafter to come out to give a quote, while other contractors either didn't call back at all or merely provided a quote without an inspection or context. Dalinghaus's project manager, Mark Cook came out, donned his protective overalls, and quickly made work of the inspection. His commitment towards customer service was admirable; his recommendations were forthright and trustworthy. While the bolting wouldn't be necessary, his inspection did uncover other issues that we intend on using Dalinghaus for in the future. Would very much recommend based on our initial experience with them. read more

When we purchased our house, our inspector noted a crack on a beam under the raised foundation. We got quotes from half a dozen different foundation repair companies and the proposals were completely different in scope and cost. Dalinghaus was the only company that suggested taking follow up measurements to determine where the foundation was settling. With the benefit of hindsight, the two low cost proposals we received would have done nothing to fix our issue and the high cost proposal would have been overkill, adding supports in areas that did not require it. Mark was responsive during the entire quote process which ended up taking a year and a half due to HOA challenges. While not the lowest cost quote we received, it was by far the lowest cost for a repair that actually solved our settling issues. The actual construction process was a breeze. The timeline was clearly laid out up front as well as the inspections and permit costs. Their team coordinated all the inspectors and required almost zero interaction with me over the course of the weeklong repair. The foreman kept me up to date, and when they had to modify the plan because they couldn't access two of the pier install locations, Dalinghaus managed all the changes with almost no impact to us. Gail on their finance team called me up to let me know she was going to get us the cost difference refunded the same day. Gail and the finance team were helpful with setting up a loan through their financing company, Greensky, and getting the charges correctly applied throughout the process. If you are stressed out about foundation issues, Daulinghaus does a fantastic job, from the quote through the final sign off. read more

I hired Dalinghaus for what seemed to be a tiny project, 1-2 hours. The small shed foundation was right next to a seawall, and turned out to have MANY holes underneath and around, turning into a an entire day of work and materials. They could have tapped out after a few hours, collected half, and went along with their day. They stuck it out for a full day, then returned on a 2nd day, until they succeeded. Joe, Stephen, and David were all very professional. I highly recommend Dalinghaus!! read more

Honest and professional. For a long time, I was suspecting problem with my house foundation because of uneven floors. So I called Dalinghaus for an evaluation. Brian came out and did a throughout measurement, told me that there's nothing I should worry about. Explained to me what the probable cause of the unevenness. What a relieve I felt! And what an honest company! They don't prey on the homeowner's emotion and stress and sell you anything you don't need. Call them for a free evaluation if you're a worried homeowner like me. I wish I'd called earlier. read more

I contacted Dalinghaus regarding a retaining wall that started leaning due to a crack in it that gotten worse from the rain. Mark Cook was right on time. He discussed with me my options which was to do Carbon Wrap along the crack. In addition, he proposed installing JetFilters at the bottom of the wall to help with the water drainage. The proposal was emailed to me on the same day.Talk about efficiency. Every time I call him for any question he would answer the phone or text me with the answer. Mark is very professional and knowledgeable. My husband decided on replacing the wall instead of fixing it since it's an old wall anyway. Unfortunately Dalinghaus don't build new walls but they fix them. If I need any foundation repairs in the future I will call Dalinghaus in a heartbeat. Thank you Mark for your courtesy and professionalism. read more

I would not recommend Dalinghaus Construction to anyone who wants the work to be done professionally. Their work is not guaranteed. Please read "Contract exclusions" very carefully. They safeguard themselves so if they damage your home, they are not responsible. We were unfortunately forced to use them for a chimney repair from the previous owner we bought our home. They damaged our roof and promptly sent over their contract exclusions. Our roof is now leaking after their chimney repair. We were told that they are not responsible since they covered themselves with exclusions. So now we have to spend more money to pay for something that Dalinghaus damaged and isn't going to fix. Avoid them at all costs if you don't want to pay for their shoddy work. read more

My home's floor was feeling quite bouncy so I reached out to Dalinghaus. The great experience started with Brian and his inspection/recommendation, followed up by the 2 fantastic crews. Ryan, Jose, and Will did an excellent job adding support to my floors and patching a crack in my foundation. No more bounce!
