We had him repair a trim/siding issue we had. He came up with a fantastic solution which saved us a bunch of headaches and money! He's helped us with a bathroom leak situation and spotted a serious duct problem while inspecting the area under my home. He took pictures and explained the problem with improperly installed ducts. He provided a very reasonable bid while communicating solutions that were reasonable and very affordable. My most recent experience, was a flood in my kitchen. Although I received a "cheaper bid" for these repairs, I didn't hesitate to use West Coast. I knew it would be done correctly, on time as scheduled and with proper materials. Eric completed the work today and I couldn't be happier. Eric arrived on time, communicated clearly, left the job site pristine, and smiled as he left completing the job in a very timely manner. I'm very particular and rarely write reviews. My experiences are worth sharing. Quality workmanship is hard to find! Thanks Kevin, Eric and West Coast Mobile Home Improvements. Well done!!

Then they installed a solid waterproof barrier, poured a new concrete floor, repaired drywall and it is good as new. That was last month. This week, Joe Martin send his plumbing pros, Ed Ahumada, Jon & Romero to figure out a complex boondoggle which has been wasting gallons of water before hot water emerges. Front start to finish, Mike Gast and Juan Navarro worked with me to translate my vision into the bright open studio I have been dreaming of... As the project manager, Mike Gast was extremely patient and accommodating, and provided lots of feedback to solve various issues. This was a large project that involved removing the garage door, retrofitting 3 sets of doors, framing and finishing for a custom look, inside and out. They even installed special thresholds so we could be assured of being able to roll equipment in and out of the space easily. After each stage of the job, the crew cleaned up the area and removed all debris. The price quoted us initially was in line with competitors, better than several, who failed to follow up with us. There was no cost-creep, and we finished at the price quoted us. Progress and payment was tracked on their online job project site, which was an added benefit and inspired confidence. I can highly recommend Mastercraft and hope to use them in the near future for several other home improvement projects. (A special thanks to the team, Victor and Tony for their cleanliness and work ethic).
