First of all, kudos for being a licensed landscaping company on the up and up since so many "companies" out there are ripping people off as they do shoddy work without one. Tomas was a pleasure to work with, although he's a bit difficult to get a hold of and I most times felt like a bother, I understood he was busy. He also has some of the most hardworking guys on his team. They completed a small project for us that a lot of other companies couldn't be bothered doing and completed it in two 8 hour days. There were a couple things that didn't set well with me, but he did fix one issue (added additional pavers). He was easy to work with, especially when working out a price, he was extremely flexible. I would suggest a final walk thru with customers to make sure they are satisfied as well before leaving. Not a good start. Contacted Tomas about getting an appointment this coming Saturday (Aug 8). Tomas replied and confirmed my appointment this coming Saturday. Friday I emailed to confirm appointment on Saturday. Now its Saturday morning at 10am, I emailed again to confirm our appointment today (Aug 8 10am-11am). Tomas replied that he's coming before 11am. Its past 12 noon now and he's not here still. Emailed him again to check status of appointment. He replied saying "I apologize as my estimator got behind in Temecula". We just lost our Saturday morning waiting....me and the wife works Monday until Friday....so we only get personal time during weekend. Taking my business elsewhere. read more

Thomas and his crew did an AWESOME job of completely redoing my daughter's backyard. They tore out the old yard and installed pavers, built a fire pit, a brick border, new grass, planted new plants and used decorative rock with a "drip" system in the flower bed as well as sprinklers for the lawn areas. He removed a very old Sago Palm and replanted it in another area of the yard and completed it with lighting! The crew did a fabulous job of cleaning up at the end of each day! Thomas is professional, thoughtful, and truly cares about wanting the customer to be happy with his work. I had my backyard done by Tomas and his team last Spring. Everything went very smoothly and Tomas was very responsive. However, we had a couple of hiccups along the way. The wall I asked for they started building with retaining wall brick even though the wall was free standing. I had approved the color and shown him a picture of what I wanted, but he bought something different. I agreed to allow him to use it for the base of the wall that was going to be buried anyway, since he could not return the material. Then when he had the concrete poured there were a lot of issues. It was supposed to be tinted green, but ended up being grey. It also had multiple cracks and there is a low spot that does not drain properly. I tried to be reasonable and rather than ask him to demolish and repour the concrete I agreed to having a top coat quoted from another contractor and he removed that cost from what I owed him. I thought everything was good and I we had all the kinks worked out. He replaced some sod that died because they did not have the sprinklers set correctly. And the yard looked great. I made my final payment and was very happy. I let the gras grow long as he recommended so the sod could get set. Once I started mowing the lawn it became clear there were issues. The design on the sprinklers makes it impossible to water evenly. Tomas promised several times to replace the sod and adjust the sprinklers, but has not followed through. He has stopped returning my calls. Shame on me for not withholding part of the payment for a little longer, but shame on Tomas for not standing behind his work. I even told him if it turned out we needed another valve for the sprinklers I would pay for the supplies if he would take care of the work. I have tried to be reasonable. I have withheld a review, hoping he can would come around, but when I saw their ad in the door hanger this morning. I decided it was time. Buyer beware if you choose to deal with these guys. read more

Tomas and crew exceeded my own vision and helped transform my yard into a much more functional and enjoyable space. Tomas maintained thorough communication over the 2 week project. The crew was very professional and the job site clean at the end of each day. This landscape project increased the size of usable side yard space significantly and the retaining wall is solid and beautiful. There is drainage behind the length of the wall, and the new blocks match perfectly to the preexisting blocks that were already in the yard. I added new sod and over a month later it's thriving and looking great.
