I worked late that day and came home to see the result. to my eyes I thought it was sloppy cut, looks like I did it myself. Told her if they can come by and fix it, week two gone nothing had been done. I know they're busy but I thought they are truly professional and I trusted them. I wish I would hire my own contractors to install. I got 1185sf of turf. Other than that Bill worked with me and got a good deal on turf. Would recommend them on turfs not install. Ben is amazing! Got a callback and resolved the issue within two days vs waiting for the subcontractor. He got them out to fix it. Would recommend the turf and customer service the best! read more

I got a couple quotes from local and not so local artificial turf dealers and installers. Turf Rev came back with the best quote by a little bit. What really made our decision easy was how responsive and accommodating they were. Anthony had someone out within a couple of days for an estimate. We had a little over 1000 sq ft to turf. Anthony was very transparent with pricing and easy to communicate with via email and their office is open and they have all their turfs on display. We selected the patriot 90 turf for our yard because of the dogs and it's made in the USA. The turf was in stock, other dealers had long waits. This company came out and installed artificial turf in my backyard. Upon completion I noticed that they didn't re-route PVC pipes as they promised they would. They also left mounds of dirt from the demo that they said they would haul out during the next week. One week turned into 2, 2 weeks turned into a month and so on. I played phone tag with the installer and on 2 occasions he said he would come by on a certain day to make revisions and haul away the dirt but he no-showed both times. I called the manager at TurfRev to get answers and he told me to get in touch with the installers. I have never actually used this company but I'll tell you why I gave them a good review. I requested to be contacted by different installers of Turf using Yelp. When the representative from this company called me I explained to him that I was going to use a different company. When I told him what the other company was offering and how much they were charging he asked for the name of the company when I told him instead of badmouthing the other company he actually explained that they were a good and reputable company. Unfortunately today a lot of people use poor sales techniques and try to talk bad about their competition. This company didn't do that. If I had not already committed it to using a different company I would definitely have used this one. I went down to the store and picked out turf I like and the guy at the store said he would let the sales rep know so he could get the quote back sooner and still nothing. If you want to waste your money time and trust then please use this company. Contractors came to measure my yard on two separate occasions. On install day, the contractor still ran short on turf. Even so, the Turf Rev owner himself responded to my house (same day) to inspect the contractors work. I can tell he takes pride in his company. He was a little disappointed the job wasn't done correctly the first time by his contractors. To make up for the inconvenience, he provided me the extra truf needed to finish the job, at NO ADDITIONAL COST. I appreciated the owner's attentiveness and willingness to make things right.. If you're in the market for artifical turf, then look no further! My experience shopping for a good Turf company did not start off on a positive note. In fact, before I found Turf Rev, I was getting a little discouraged by the estimates and sales pitches I kept getting, which were usually about how their company was licensed and bonded, which warranted the higher prices I was quoted. In fact, most of the estimates I received were more about selling me a "service" rather than just focusing on the product itself. For a roughly 460 square foot project, I was quoted as high as $7500 and an average price of around $4500 - $5000 for anywhere from 80 to 100 ounce turf! As luck would have it, I found an ad in a local home services booklet advertising a special package deal that included 500 square feet of 82 ounce "Gold Pro" turf and installation (materials and labor) for under $3000 out the door. This sounded a little too good to be true considering my prior experience, so I was a little skeptical about the quality of the product. When the installer, Anthony, came out and showed me a sample of the turf, I was pleasantly surprised by the look, feel, and quality of the product. Long story short, I went with the deal and couldn't be happier! The turf looks amazing!!! Not only does the "grass" itself look incredible, but Anthony and his crew were very professional from beginning to end and did a flawless job with the installation. However, the best thing about the whole experience was the amazing customers service I received throughout the process! Vianney was such a pleasure to work with, and she totally made me feel like a VIP from beginning to end helping!
