They have fast services and finished schedule faster than expected. My dream backyard came true i couldn't believed that it was real!! At first, I was afraid to add more idea because i thought it would be more pricey but Eli made sure that I didn't have to worry about it and I was shocked when the idea that i wanted was fulfilled it was just on the budget for me.. And it was beautiful and worth it!! Me and my mom was in love with our new backyard. From the bottom of our hearts we thanked Eli and his Team for the job well done and I salute them. Booked Eli & his team for backyard concrete job (and soon to be turf) and I'm really happy with his services and quality that I will recommend him to everyone I come across that needs landscaping done. His knowledge and how he thinks outside of the box really sets him apart. Him and his team did an amazing job on our front and backyard. Once the job is done, it's as if he disappears. If there is anything wrong that happens afterwards, he will ghost you. I referred him to our neighbors and I thought he would have acted more professionally. So just know that you may get a good yard, but follow-up or reaching out to him after is nearly non-existent. I will no longer recommend his services, which is unfortunate. I'm not the only one he has done this to as well. read more

This review is long overdue. We initially hired Eli in 2018 for concrete work for our backyard. We were brand new home owners who got scammed by an unlicensed contractor, so we hired Eli to help us finish the backyard concrete project. Upon first meet, Eli was friendly, professional, reliable, and efficient. He was a small business with just him + one full-time employee. Yet I wouldn't have been able to tell unless he told me - Timelines were consistently met, he was responsive at all hours of the day, reliable on all his guarantees, and knowledgable on all information pertaining to the project. His quotes were not the cheapest & not the most expensive - they were right in the middle and competitive with other quotes we received. That's how we knew we were getting a fair price- along with the impeccable work. The concrete work was done surprisingly fast AND remarkably well. Six years later, I can guarantee his work holds up. I've had 2 kids since then and they have gone to town on the backyard and the concrete has not wavered. It looks as great as it did the day it was installed. The lines in the concrete direct water flow to our MANY drains flawlessly. We have no pooling of water, no cracks outside of the contraction lines, lots of drains to handle water flow, and no concrete color variations. Fast forward to 2024, we really wanted to finish our backyard by replacing existing grass and covering existing DG with turf. We knew we only wanted to hire Eli Duran Concrete after our first project with him. He was so trustworthy and did amazing work that it was no question. We called Eli and he was at our house by the end of the week with a quote on-site. He started our project 5 days later after we settled paperwork & scheduling. The team was ahead of schedule the whole time. His team finished our project in 5 days- 3 days ahead of schedule. They even came to start our project AFTER they spent the whole morning at another project and could have just called it quits for the day. If that's not efficiency at its finest, then I don't know what is. And final- shout out to his team. I am so happy to see how much it has grown and how much success this company has and continues to have. His guys are top notch. EVERY single day they were here - they work hard, clean up throughout the project, exhibited so much respect for my home/their worksite, were punctual, kind, and did amazing work. Some days, my kids didn't even know they were outside. Every day the left, it looked like they weren't even here. I watched them sweep the driveway on the way out, collect trash and discard in proper areas, tools weren't laying around - and this was EVERY day. To see the care and attention this company and its employees exhibit is truly a sign that you need to hire them for your next project. If this long a** review doesn't get you to hire them or at least call them out for a quote - then I don't know what to tell you. I don't know how anyone can give them less than 5 stars. Wife and I received quotes from 7 contractors and out of all of them we went with Duran Concrete. Prices were reasonable. We are so happy with the quality. We love that Eli provided helpful insight and gave ideas for designs. Eli was so helpful designing our yard. Yes you can get cheaper quotes and better deals but TRUST ME the quality won't be there, ask my neighbors. They regret their decision and we did not. read more

Eli and his crew are awesome. We first called Eli about a year ago and he came out to give us a quote for one side of our yard. A year later we called him our for another quote for our front and back yard. Each time he was responsive and friendly. Eli is creative and provided many suggestions for our yard. If he envisioned something a certain way, he would share it and let us decide what we wanted. Eli checked in with us regularly during the project. His attention to detail is superior! We especially liked that he treated our home as his own and made sure everything was completed to the highest standard. If you are tired of your depressing yard, give Eli a call. He came by and gave me a quote, he seemed very nice. We agreed on a start date, which was months away. He never showed up, didn't even call. I had to keep trying to get a hold of him. He rescheduled, didn't show up. Did it again and still didn't show up. Finally he said, sorry we're really busy I'm not sure when I'll have time. I asked him if I should find someone else, he said yes. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Every time he didn't show up he didn't call I had to keep calling/texting him. read more

Eli Duran Concrete did concrete, landscaping and irrigation job in the backyard of my home. Before getting the job, he promised a quality job and assured to fix any defect/problem in the work done by him. But, within 2-3 months after completion, problems appeared : - concrete developed cracks, several landscaped plant died and irrigation system is not working because of his poor workmanship. I requested him to visit and repair the concrete and plants. He did visit once, but never came back to fix the problems. My repeated telephone calls and text messages to him remain unanswered. It has been two months - he never even bothered to return/reply my telephone calls. I advise everyone to stay away from such contractors. read more

Complete backyard concrete and sides of house and sidewalk to driveway. Drain in concrete on patio does not work, water pools around drain and next to house. Grooves in concrete for drainage are blocked by globs of concrete so they do not allow for water to move. Concrete is up against house, no space for water drainage, which voids homeowner insurance claim for water damage to stucco. Tinted concrete slab is discolored and blotchy. I spoke with Eli however he never showed up to assess the problem. read more
