They damaged the exterior of our BRAND NEW home, flooding in yard due to improper placed drains, cracked concrete due to poor workmanship, scars in the concrete caused by OCUG workers, color we didn't agree to, CONCRETE RESIDUE on fence, driveway, and house where it should NOT be, and almost ALL of the stamped concrete is CROOKED, and NOT STRAIGHT. Also, we now have discovered that he charges almost twice as much as other companies to do work that is not even industry standard quality. OCUG should lose their license and never be allowed to perform any landscape or Hardscape work again ever again. Worst job I have ever had done and this is not our first home or the first time we have had landscaping done, as Gaspar assumed when he implied I was dumb and only complaining because we've never had this done before. Gaspar showed up on a bit late, was professional but thought our project too small for his company. It would take only a couple days, he said. He provided a business card, listened to my vision and tried to hand write an estimate while I waited in the hot sun. I hired Gaspar in December 2020 to remove 14 tree stumps, build a retaining wall and a walkway around our swimming pool. I can't say enough good things about Gaspar, Hector and the rest of his crew. I had a decomposed granite surface project done next to the driveway. Everything looks good now. There was a little glitch with some old irrigation lines leaking after it was compacted but they came back and fixed it. The drainage is better now and hopefully the weeds won't grow back.
