I sourced several quotes from various turf companies big and small, and so happy I went with GoTurf Direct! I loved that they were able to install turf and pavers, with some companies only installing turf or pavers. Having a one stop shop made the whole process easy. They were very responsive and one time throughout the whole process. My project was small but mighty, they removed an existing (ugly and cracked) concrete pad and replaced with pavers. They installed turf with gopher wire, requiring them to sift through rocks in the soil, large river rocks not little gravel rocks. They went the extra mile to come out on Thanksgiving morning to finish the project since it went over time, to no fault of their own. I have an old shallow sprinkler system that isn't up to code so they had no way of knowing about it that they had to work around, which was very tedious. I used to be embarrassed of my backyard and would hurry people inside but now I can't wait to hang out and enjoy the beautiful outside area. They even came out after I had already paid them and the project was finished to fix a gate that didn't open all the way after installing turf, which shows how much they care about each and every customer, big or small. After having 3 estimates, we chose GO Turf Direct. Jonathan brought samples and gave a comparable price for the quality of artificial turf. Monday at 8am as promised, Jose came and started to dig out the grass. Edwin and Luis arrived soon after, followed by "El Patron" Gerardo. We discussed briefly the job description as outlined by Jonathan and detailed on the complete estimate. ALL steps were fully completed, with very efficient teamwork of the 4 workers. GO Turf Direct went the extra mile! Mom wanted the ground more leveled (where the 3 up-rooted palm stood before), even though the ground was already demolitions. But they got at it manually and did the extra work. Then i also asked to extend the turf from planned coverage, and after the ok from manager -- they also did as requested. Bill and his team completed our backyard July 2021. Bills team did an excellent job creating an amazing space for our family to enjoy outside.
